Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Henderson NV

My husband and I went for errands then decided to go home early. Upon our arrival,  I told him we will just get in thru the front door. But since we have a few grocery bags, opted to open the garage door instead. OMG, I saw water rushing out as soon  as the garage was going up. Called the number on the heater tank. It was almost getting late, luckily the office was still open and the lady who answered the call got hold of a tech who was still willing to stop by to check the problem. We were already expecting and prepared that it may not be done same day since it was late in the afternoon.  Surprisingly Matt S. arrived and assessed the problem and said he could do the job same day. We were so glad as we needed the hot water to shower. All done, thanks to Matt who was so knowledgeable and checked the whole connections that may have problem or leak. For sure, we are considering the next project we have discussed with him to be done in the near future.

I own a rental house in NLV and the hot water heater went out. Found Active Plumbing on the web and they were advertising a 40 gallon for $695 Total Price Installed on their web site. When I called them the price they gave me was somewhere around $750 and claimed that the web site has last year's price. This in itself points to a lack of integrity, because a businessman with integrity, might point out that they failed to updated the price on the web site, but still honor the price.
However, given that this is a rental and I need to get it replaced, I agree to the price and put them in touch with my property manager who in turn put them in touch with the tenant to work out the schedule.
To make the long story short, I get a call from my property manager that Active Plumbing told the tenant  the price is going to be $1,100.
Nice. We go from $695 to $750 to $1100.
No deal. Arrangements were made and someone else got the job.

I hate to give a one star review but the professionalism of one of your employees really upset me. The confidentiality of your clients and should be priority as well, when you have an employee telling other business about other clients and causing drama this makes your company look bad and less referrals.

They have a 24hr answering service that you leave messages for and no response. I've left two messages two days back to back, and the answering service with his dog barking in the background says they will call when they have a chance?! I am having a water heater emergency and obviously there is NO LIVE PERSON to talk to but an answering service! Horrible customer service and I paid over 1400!!!!  They overcharge for labor and then quick to ignore your complaints

They were very good. Found the leak, and fixed it to code. Very clean too. They suggested someone for the drywall repair but we went with another company. I did the initial drywall demolition.

This company is one of the best--I'll echo some of the other reviews; honest, hard-working, experts in water heaters.  Their team is professional, and their prices are reasonable for the water heaters and labor involved.

Our previous water heater was a 40 gallon, and nearly 15 years old; it finally went out/leaked all over garage back in October.  We scoured YELP and found this company.  The reviews didn't lie--they were quick and awesome at getting us a newer water heater.  They recommended the 50 gallon considering our household size and family members.  Install was less than 30 minutes, and they gave me tons of tips for regular maintenance of the water heater.

Unfortunately, 3 months later, the new heater started leaking from the bottom on New Years Day--the were unable to replace the water heater same day due to all the distributors being closed; however, they came early the next day and installed a new one (6 year warranty for the one they installed the first time).  Again, super quick and knowledgeable; handled the warranty with no issues.

Again, highly recommend, and I will be recommending this company whenever someone needs to have work done or a new install for their water heater.  They are truly professionals (Pros)!:)

My water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night. Code red answered the call in the wee hours, gave me some help right then and there to stop the leak, and they had it fixed by 9 a.m. the next morning. Fast, professional, courteous, and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing jobs.

I had an excellent experience with Prime plumbing.   I had a leak in my front yard from the main waterline to my house. Prime plumbing answered right away and was very  accommodating over the phone.  They (Tony) came out promptly and arrived in the time window they said they would. Within 24 hours afterward I received a professional, written estimate by email with contractor information and a detailed description of work to be done with warranty info.  I gathered four other estimates for the same work, and prime plumbing was one of the lowest bids I got, and included proper permitting and city inspection. They were able to complete the job just a few days later, and my yard and landscaping looks as good as new.  They charged me exactly the amount they estimated, and provided me copies of permits and inspections.  

Getting broken plumbing at your house is stressful, but they made the fix as simple as possible. Thank you Prime plumbing!

Nick the owner answered the phone at 8:30pm PST on a Friday night, I called about my hot water heater tank leaking all over the garage.  Nick walked me through the needed steps to turn off the water, until he could come help.  He originally offered to come first thing Monday AM, then texted me back within minutes to set up a Saturday AM appointment.  Nick came, emptied the tank, bought the new tank, filed the warranty claim for my wife and I, and overall could not have provided better service!   Thanks Nick, you saved our weekend, I have a new plumber in Las Vegas!!!!!!!   Call nick he will straighten you out fast!!!!!

My tenant was not receiving any hot water. They were able to work with me over the phone and get down there ASAP so that they could get the water heater fixed. They made sure to keep me posted anything that was done and how much it would cost me. I am very glad with the work that was done and most of all my tenant's hot water is back on and they are happy. So my experience with Much Better Plumbing was great! Was calling around to get water heater fixed asap and Daniel responded right away! Came w/in a few hours, told us heater was busted but was covered under warranty, came by the next day with a new one, though it wasn't the right size they fixed it asap.  they did repair the problem and after a hiccup in communication...Danny came back and made sure everything was working properly! I highly recommend using Much better plumbing great service and honest people that will get the job done right! Thanks Guys!!!

Super friendly and professional service. Anthony does a great job explaining situations, potential issues, and how to treat or care for items. Was very timely and office was responsive to all my questions.

We recently moved into a new home and needed a water softener installed. Danny answered my message quickly and offered to come for an estimate the same afternoon. He came promptly and saw what the job required, went and bought the necessary parts and salt, returned and installed it in about one and a half hours. Cleaned up the area nicely. He reviewed in detail how to operate the softener. Very reasonable  pricing,  significantly less cost than other quotes. He is a real plumber, not just a handyman. Fernando with Hydro Plumbing was awesome. He came out gave us a quote and a timeline to do it in. I needed the main line from the meter to the house fixed and he did it in a timely manner. Very reliable plumbing company and I will always use them in future.
