Best Tankless Water Heater Inst… in Henderson NV

I'm not sure why this company got some bad reviews.. I called them Monday night at 8pm to replace a water heater that broke at one of my rental properties.. they were there at 9am the very next day to replace it. I priced all around (Home Depot, Sears, Lowes and two other plumbing companies) and they beat all of them by over $200. I paid them over the phone and it was a very easy process. My tenants are happy and so am I!

We had water leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  After much run around from our home owners insurance. I looked online for  a plumber to fix the issue.  I found Active Plumbing and submitted a request for a quote.  This was at 7:30pm and got an immediate response.  Craig called me and we discussed the issue and he sent Isaac over the next day.  Isaac was very professional, explained what he was going to do and then found we needed to eventually fix the flooring around the toilet as well.  He proceeded to fix the issue and so far no leaks!  I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

Can't say thanks enough! These guys went way above and beyond to help me in a desperate situation on a Sunday night around 9pm. Gary and Tyson were positively amazing. Brilliant and professional. I called about 15 24 hour plumbing companies. Everybody tried telling me they'd notify the tech and the tech would get back to me... then if by chance the tech did, he would say sorry we don't have anyone available until tomorrow morn.... I completely understand that nobody wants to work late on a Sunday night. At the same time tho, emergencies happen. These guys went out of their way to make it happen tonight and fix my plumbing issue. Price was reasonable as well. They are the only plumbing company I will call from here on out as long as I live in Vegas.

We had a plumbing issue and we had tried to fix it and the situation just kept getting worse so I went on to Yelp to find a plumber and Thor Industries had all excellent reviews so I sent an email to them at 10:30 last night not expecting to get a response until this morning but the owner responded to me and answered my questions and asked when we would be available for him to send somebody out and when I text him this morning to find out when they would be there he said between 8 and 10 a.m. and they were and they were extremely helpful went through what it happened what went wrong and they fixed it they were extremely professional and I told them that between the owner responding to me last night at my most frustrating time and them coming when they were supposed to and how they were that I was definitely going to keep them in my favorites and they are my go-to plumber From This Moment On I appreciate it everything they did they were definitely worth the five stars I would have gave them more if that's the case and extremely I don't even know if it was reasonable but they only charged us $185 to fixed a water valve which had been the pipe had been cut off and so they had to replace all of that and then we had a leak in the bathroom and I counted it well worth it

Simply the best. We had a leak on a Sunday and reached out via Yelp. Even though they were closed, I nonetheless received a response via email in less than 30 minutes, and that set the tone for the services. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. The only plumber we will be using.

I had a job where I needed pure plumbing to remove my kitchen sink faucets so my counter tops could be worked on then put them back on.  I also needed my outdoor faucets to be replaced due to damage.  Juan Castillo came out for this job whom I have used on several other jobs in our home and he was excellent.  Always friendly and professional.  He makes sure his work is perfect as to not have any leaks or problems after he is done.  Kyle was originally supposed to do my scheduled job but due to unforeseen circumstances Juan had to jump in and handle at the last minute.  Both were very professional and thorough.  I can't say enough good things about Pure Plumbing and their employees.  Very satisfied customer.

I highly recommend this company!  They are reasonable, timely, quick and efficient.  I am so impressed with them I will be recommending them to everyone I know.  Danny came out and thoroughly checked everything needed gave an astonishingly great quote then started the job immediately!  Words cannot express how nice and courteous everyone is there.  I am so greatful that there is truly wonderful company like this one and I was fortunate to find it!

Code Red just came out to my house to repair a broken toilet. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and courtesy in the technician who came to my house. I think his name was Luke.

He didn't try to sell me any extra products or services. He just fixed my problem and cleaned up after he was done. The price was exceptionally reasonable as I had priced the replacement parts online from Lowe's and Home Depot before deciding on getting a professional to fix it right the first time.  

A few days after he fixed my toilet, he gave me a courtesy call to ensure the toilet was working and thanked us for our business. I will definitely use them for my plumbing projects in the future as well as decided to write them a good review on yelp. I'm sure you will be as impressed as I was. A+!

For a company that just started out in business the owner does a good job but his workers are the worst I've seen in this industry I wouldn't recommend them they have no customer service his techs and little skills employees are not very knowledgeable and cannot usually get the job done! If you want to have the work done twice and pay twice then they are the ones to call...

Found them on Yelp. Had a plumbing emergency. They were at our house within 30 minutes. It was 8pm on a holiday. Amazing service. Thanks for the help!

What a nice and honest company! I called at 11:30 and he came at noon ! Not saying a window of three hours he said noon and was here at noon . Told me what was wrong with my water heater and told me what it will take and cost to fix and got to work ! Took less then an hour after he got the part . Made sure it worked and I paid him ! I will always use this company when I need a plumber or my water heater breaks !!!!

Originally requested a quote for a shut of valve to be placed for my stove from another company. Received a terrible quote from them for such a simple fix for my new gas stove to be connected. Much better plumbing was able to not only give me a great price but come out the next day to provide great service in record time. Would 100% feel comfortable using them again in the future.

Whenever I need work done Scott and his team always respond immediately.   They make sure that I have all the information needed for my job to be completed.  I recently had Aaron come by to do work for me and he was extremely helpful.  I won't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

Chris was courteous & received same day service even though it was a late afternoon call. I asked him to look at another plumbing issue which he graciously did. For shower repair we scheduled another date & time & he was exactly on time for that date. What I like best is he didn't try to up-sell. I had another plumber look at both toilet & shower & up-sell on their part was heavy, hence I didn't hire them. Both toilet & shower work better then they have in years.
If I'm ever in need of a plumber Combat is who I will call, plus Chris is a very nice guy.

Just had my water heater replaced and these guys were awesome. After multiple quotes and estimates  including several on site appointments with ridiculous prices and upsell attempts from other plumbers, 805 gave me a great price quote online which was accurate and exactly what they ended up charging. Very honest in explaining the different options I had along with a very fair price. Communication was excellent (fast response, called before arriving and were able to find a time for me on a Saturday that worked best for my schedule. Pleasant attitude, did great work and very clean throughout the job including a very nice clean up when finished.  I will definitely make them my go to plumber and call them for any future repair needs. Highly recommended.

Hydro is the best! I had a huge leak in the front yard. Fernando came out took a look and saw right away what the problem was. The price was right in my budget. We scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. He came out the next day to fix the leak with no issues. I definitely recommend them. Great customer service. I will definitely keep using Hydro for any plumbing issues!
