I called Moonlight Plumbing today and was very impressed. This wasn't the right company for my job however the technician was honest about their capabilities. I would use them in the future.

My familly and I we just moved in to a condominium that was build on 2003.  the toilets and the kitchen sink were the originals.  we call Daniel Attridge to replace 2 toilets and our kitchen sink.  he replace the toilets and the water valves that are by the wall because the one i had they looked like they were going to brake soon.  he did an awesome job there.  then he started to replace the sink and we found a few problems.  the valves were so bad that when he tried to shut them off one of them broke, and it was getting moldy too.  but when he finished the job, we were amazed how clean it looks now.  not just over the counter but under the sink, the pipes and the water valves look so clean and very spacious.  I really recommend him, he really knows what he is doing.  And he likes to use real quality parts.  
I have other friends that know plumbing, but i rather pay Daniel to do it right.

My Moen faucet handle was loose and we couldn't fix it so I called Moen for a replacement. Remember, you buy Moen for life. Anyway, I needed to find someone to install it for me.

My husband looked up some plumbers on Thumbtack and Anthony got back in touch with us quickly. He was available when I needed him.

He was prompt and texted me about 30 minutes prior to the arrival window to let me know he was on his way.

Anthony is very personable and friendly, chatting with me while he worked. He was able to finish the job in about 30 minutes and everything looks great.

Had a main water leak from the meter to the house.  I found LV Experts LLC on thumbtack where I was able to pull reviews and communicate with them directly while I received bids.  They were able to come out promptly to assess the situation.  Max and his coworker/friend, Suren,  found and fixed the leak in two days.  He was very honest with me about entire process and had competitive prices.  He did such a great job I hired him to replace broken water softener system from a Home Depot product to Novo.  He also took care of two valves and small fix on irrigation system.  Call him at 7024445856.  Will absolutely use him for all plumbing needs going forward as well.

Friend of my refer preferred plumbing to me , I had a water leak in the walls coming from my second floor laundry room. I spoke to Dennis and he send Tom to my home few days later. Tom was very professional and did a great job looking for the leak spot. Also Dennis charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I recently moved into a new condo and had a list of repairs I needed done. Derrick was very quick to respond and super knowledgeable about the repairs. Among other fixes, he replaced the pipes for all the sinks and installed two brand new toilets and a new sink in the guest bathroom. His initial in-person quote matched the final cost and was better than several other repairmen/companies. Furthermore, he was friendly and flexible when accommodating a scheduling mistake I made. I would definitely hire him again for future service needs.

This was the second time using Drain Bears. The first time was last year for main water line, this time was to repipe the entire house. They are quick to respond & get the job done right. Very polite & efficient. Highly recommend this company, will definitely use this company again if needed. Highly professional & courteous.

Handy Dan showed up on time, was very knowledgable and courteous.  Upon looking at the three plumbing issues at hand, he recommended measures that I take in order to get the items repaired.  Now, I am not an expert by any means on home repairs, so he took the time to explain everything to me, which was enlightening and refreshing.  A true pleasure to work with, I would recommend this place of business to anyone with home repair issues or anything of the sort... they do anything from painting and electrical to audio visual!  Go Handy Dan!

Rip Offs!!! They send out guys who do not know what they are doing & then attempt to overcharge you after they make the repair worse do to poor quality workmanship. It was bad to even give 1 star at all

Prompt and exceptional service. And the price was also right. He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and came over at the appointed time. He did a quick review of the products that I had purchased for installation and informed me of the two additional items (had to buy a power cord for my disposal and a washer) that were required and gave me the option of buying them. As for the installation, rather than take the approach I had in mind, he suggested a much cleaner solution and got it done impeccably. My go to plumber from now on for sure.

Too bad there isn't a negative number because that's what they deserve!! They are the worst of the worst, bottom of the barrel, bad. The office staff, especially Brandon, have absolutely no customer service.  They are miserable at their job and it shows. Since my home warranty is paying them, they don't have to be courteous, I guess.
They gave me an outrageous, out-of-pocket amount for my repairs. The 3 times I had to call the office, I was on hold for 20 minutes.  When I did speak to someone, Brandon and a female, they were annoyed if I asked questions and would put me hold because of it for 15-20 minutes. When the technician finally came, he said it was a 5 minute repair. He didn't repair my issue correctly. I still had the problem. It's been 2 weeks. Communicating with them has gotten so bad that my home warranty assigned another company to correct and actually repair my issue!! Stay away!! Don't waste your time. You'll only be disappointed. The only way they are in business is because they are contracted with home warranties or they wouldn't have any business!!

3 years after we bought 2 units from Yes (at what we discovered was a standard price), we've already had issues with them. I heard one of them making a noise 3 months ago. They came in, told me what the problem was, charged me for the annual maintenance plan and then overcharged me for the pieces they fixed. The whole price was $750. They then came back for a water heater Inspection (which was covered by the plan) and then told me I needed a new anode rod for $300. I did the research and discovered that the parts would cost me less than $50. It took me under an hour to change the rod myself.
Since paying the obscene amount for my units to be fixed, I did some research and it looks like a lot of what needs to be fixed is doable as a diy.
Please please please... if you have any aptitude for fixing things yourself, don't let Yes fix your units for you.
If you don't have that aptitude (which is totally ok), do your research and compare prices.
