Mixed feelings... my HVAC unit stopped working last night. I set up an appointment for this morning and the technician charged $650 to replace a capacitor... less than 45 mins of work (including his write-up)???
He was polite and resolved my problems... but in all fairness, I feel that the company is overcharging for their services. I will not recommend!

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I am forced to try and work with them because of my home warranty. Waited around the first day from 8:30-1 and they never showed. I called and was rescheduled for 8:30-5 the following week (after waiting a week for my appointment). At 3:30pm after waiting all day they called and said no one was available to come and they needed to reschedule me (again). I stayed that was just unacceptable and was told they would pull someone off another job and he would be on his way. They never showed up. Called the next day and was told I would be called back within 30 minutes to be put on the schedule and no one ever called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst part is now I have a second issue and guess who my home warranty scheduled?!

Sent to us by our home warranty company to fix our stove. First visit the technician said he didn't know the answer but would need to order a bunch of parts for trial and error and hopefully the warranty company would approve it. Set up second visit a week from that day. They called my wife (the day of appointment after she took time off work) to say they had to reschedule one more week out because they didn't have enough technicians. A week later the technician called my wife on his way saying he had no idea how to fix our stove and if he should still come as well as bad mouthing the company. I called the home office very upset and spoke to Patty and she guaranteed me that we had a senior technician coming out and he should never say that. He came out, half the stove originally worked. When he got done nothing worked and a fuse was blown. He told my wife he never should've come out in the first place and someone else should've been there that knew about our appliance. That was a Friday. I spoke to some District Manager the following Monday. He was super honest. Told me they had tried to service the same exact stove from the previous homeowner and had to turn it over to another vendor. He said they should've done the same thing this time but it slipped through the cracks. Fair enough, we got a new vendor that is much more sound in what they do. However, we got a bill from them in the mail today for $100 (our warranty service deductible). Called the office and was told no one is here that can help, maybe just call back Monday.

Very unhappy with these guys. Had them out to look at my boiler when it stopped working. They told me that it would cost $1300 to replace a part and then made a point of telling me that they might find additional problems once that was done.
I called Key Heating and air for a second opinion and I'm glad I did. They came out and fixed the boiler for $375 and the part they replaced was NOT the part that Williams said was broken. Apparently that part works just fine.
I'd steer clear of this company.

The plumber did prioritize us since we had no water and very nice man but to make a long story short he came up with all kinds of costly solutions to get my water running again we finally got down to a solution. First he said he could take the filter off at the well and see if that worked and if not it would have to be the filter on the water softner, then about 10-15 later he said that he could take both off. I had forgotten that he had said prior to that he could do one at a time as a process of elimination.
At this point I just want my water on the this guy gone so I said yes please just get my water back on. Later I thought about it and remember at first it was one at a time so why he jumped to doing both without checking in between to eliminate one or the other to me was just to run the bill up.
I received a survey via email and thought about it for awhile and finally decide to complete the it and say how I felt, sent it off. So this morning I get a call from the owner basically telling me how I'm wrong and the plumber was a professional, etc., when I told him no I wasn't a plumber but I know what the guy said, then he tells me his plumber doesn't lie, so apparently I'm a liar...
I will never use Aurora Pro Services again.

These guys were tops! Efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Shout out to Blake for being really dependable and communicative with anything I needed. I'd definitely use them again. Save yourself the pain of trying to find the total package in electric/plumbing services, and call these guys.
