Jay is a USMC vet, after serving over seas, Jay came home where he met his wife Jessica. He finished his time in the Military and together with his wife opened Phillips Air Care. Jay holds his residential and commercial HVAC license in NC. Jessica has been in the HVAC field her entire life, both her father and grandfather owned HVAC businesses. She knew that they could be successful by giving people honest prices and good reliable equipment. They strive to be honest and to give the best price options to the homeowners as to gain their trust within the business.

After a VERY frustrating process with another HVAC company and the home warranty company my fiancé and I use, Phillips Air Care was literally a breath of fresh (& cool ) air.
Scheduling was easy, they answered my call on a Sunday to get them out on Monday morning, they were pleasant and had top notch customer service every step of the way!

Our technician, Victor came out & diagnosed the problem we were having. He explained everything in detail & spent time making sure our HVAC unit was working. Not to mention, he patiently waited and spoke with our home warranty company to ensure we got reimbursed.

This company is really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them!

Mixed feelings... my HVAC unit stopped working last night. I set up an appointment for this morning and the technician charged $650 to replace a capacitor... less than 45 mins of work (including his write-up)???
He was polite and resolved my problems... but in all fairness, I feel that the company is overcharging for their services. I will not recommend!
