Tyrell did a great job promptly fixing our disposal. He was very responsive in his communication and took proper COVID safety precautions. Will definitely use him again for future work!

Please do your research. This company is not a good HVAC company. Lots of complaints by customers with North Carolina BBB and on google. Do the research and you will see.

My repair was covered under my home warranty so I can't speak to cost but the communication and service were excellent. They were on time and the repair person kept me informed of his arrival time. Repair was handled quickly He cleaned up his work area after he was finished and gave me helpful information about my appliance.

Very rude people. Didn't even get an appointment setup because they were so unpleasant to speak to.

This company was a referral from Duke Energy. They responded quickly and gave me a pretty quick appointment (just a few days later). The gentlemen who came to my door were very nice. Then the nightmare began. They quoted me $5,400 to change a line, which the guy told me would be 4-5 hours worth of work. Do they make $1000/hour?!? Or if 2 guys, do they make $500/hour?!?
I was also told that the work they ultimately needed to do would cost $18,000-24,000. What a waste of time and money ($59 fee for coming out, and I'm no closer to getting the line replaced).
Do your research--just because Duke Energy refers them does not mean they are ethical or remotely realistic.
Oh, and per the other reviews, yes, they try really hard to sell you on their annual program which is yet another to milk you for more money.

These guys were tops! Efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Shout out to Blake for being really dependable and communicative with anything I needed. I'd definitely use them again. Save yourself the pain of trying to find the total package in electric/plumbing services, and call these guys.

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.
