I was not happy with this company. They came to clear a main line for $70 and then said they would need to hydro jet the line $1300. I should have asked to see photo that supposedly showed paper blocking view of the line. Beware of this company and double check everything they tell you.

We replace our 75 gallon water heater for a tank-less gas water heater.  Chance came out to give me an estimate and answered all of my questions.  He text when he was on this way and was spot on with the time that was set up by the office.  Their estimate was the less than some of the others that I received and had a little more things that he noticed that needed to be done.

The next week Chance came out and did the job.  He had a another person with him (can not remember his name) both were very nice.  They explained what they were going to be doing and got started.  Again on time with the arrival.  When they were on the went over everything with me and cleaned up garage, you wouldn't ever know they were there.  I will be using them again.

Water heater was installed today. They were right on time. They got right to work and had the water heater changed out in two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and updated me. Quality work and nice guys.

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. We had zero problems with any water or plumbing when they came to fix our neighbors pipe. Somehow they ended up working in our apartment. And by the time they left we had a bathroom sink that didn't work, a leak in our bathroom ceiling, big holes in our walls so we can now see into our neighbors bathroom, they replaced our nice hand held shower head with a cheap crappy one that barley sprinkles water out and they stole our Rubbermaid dish bucket... I noticed them using it to catch the gunk from the drain so i politely took it back and put it on top of the stove out of the way so they wouldn't use it for that. .what would ever possess them to just take something from someone's house. I even called their main number and complained about my damn bucket and they said they would track it down or replace it by Monday...Monday came and went...NOTHING. Plus they left a filthy mess our belongings just on the floor mixed with dry wall and drain gunk. They didnt even bother to move stuff. It was just a big pain in the @$$. My opinion hire elsewhere or if u do hire this company make sure u stand right over them when they work.

Save on plumbing is not the case. Friendly but I paid over 300 for him to install a used piece.  I even asked if I could get something from home depot when I called to an appointment and he said lets just look at it first.

I'm military and only visit my home here once in awhile and I wanted the leak fixed before I had to go back to base.  I also asked if I could not get the piece and he said it would be the same price.  What a rip off.

Can not say enough good things about this company & their employees. They are knowledgeable, professional & dedicated to excellence. They were most reassuring while taking over a half done job done by another company. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service in setting up the appointment. Melanie was very thoughtful and was able to squeeze me in the next day. The guys on the job were patient, professional and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Needed to have a new water heater installed.  George from Paradise Valley Plumbing arrived at the time arranged and did a very good job of installation.  Would use this company again.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

I sometimes think these reviews are faked or paid for, but I swear I'm legit and here to praise the honesty of these guys. I had another plumbing company come out to scope my sewers, and they told me I had roots everywhere and needed $6,000 worth of work. I wanted a second opinion, so a few months later Chris from Gold Star scoped it and showed the other guys were trying to con me. The pipes were fine, none of the root incursion the other company alleged. Saved me a ton of money and headache.

I will always refer anyone I know looking for a great plumber to call Rocco.  I had him come out to install some toilets and a new garbage disposal.  I almost wish it could have been a bigger job because he does great work and is extremely professional.  His pricing is excellent.  I will always call Rocco first for any plumbing issues I have.

Great customer service! The technicians are friendly and efficient. Every time I call them they typically show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it all within the same 8 hour work day. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

I'm a local handyman and I've had to call on these guys a few times to do jobs that are out of my skill set.
I've never been disappointed. I have a rental property that had quite an extensive drainage issues. 1940's home.. I had to remove double brick to expose the old cast iron pipes in the wall. These guys came out today and before I knew it the job was complete. I just got home and inspected it and the work is outstanding craftsmanship.
I have even recommended them to a few clients of mine and even a neighbor. Once again the work performed was outstanding. My neighbor was very happy with the quality of work and price paid for that work.
I see a lot of electricians and plumbers come and go and I see them rip people off. This company is a company that I trust and would recommend to family and friends without thinking twice about it so you should too.

The joys of Sunday service calls...lady amswerd phone and was super nice but unable to give me any price..thats a great sales tactic to put a customer on the spot....tech came here in a timely matter but seemed unhappy. Checks out toilet and gives me a quote double the amount i was given...
