I am removing my comments from my original 1 Star review due to Tom A (owner) and his wife posting negative comments on my employers Yelp page. My employer has nothing to do with the customer service or experience I had personally with American Home Water and Air.  I'm unsure how Tom A found out where I work but, I believe the negative reviews were in retaliation to my 1 Star review. Yelp reviews are for customers who have experienced a REAL CUSTOMER experience which, I did.

My employer contacted Tom A concerning the 2 negative reviews posted by Tom A and his wife. Tom A agreed to remove the two false/fake reviews if I remove my review. Why would he negotiate this with my employer? I attempt to have Tom A's review removed by contacting the BBB, unfortunately they do not assist with an issue like this.  So, begrudgingly, I removed my comments posted for AHWA and out of respect for my employer.  I feel Tom A's reviews were unfair and without merit. This does NOT negate the negative experiences I had with AHWA.  

Tom A recently commented on this review with regards to my employers reviews he posted: I have removed that review, because I promised her boss that I would., and I keep my promises. Now he has added a new negative review to my employers Google review page! PHOTO ADDED.  I am changing my review back to 1 star. He has accused me in his comments of being a deranged person/nut, rude, vindictive, a viper and now says I have emotional problems.  Tom A got had his feelings hurt and has not realized you cannot make every customer happy.  As you have commented, American Home has been in business for 33 years with over 60,000 customers. Those are good stats! Just be warned If you post a negative review, Tom A may find out who your employer is and post negative reviews attempting to disgrace YOU.

Our first experience with Plumbing Medic was when we had a slab leak. The first person, Carlos, to help us was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I had a small complaint one day when they showed up late, but Mike, who is a manager, was there, and he made it right, and then some. The true test is not when everything goes well, but when there is a complaint. How do they respond? Well, Mike and plumbing medic more than responded well. Even with the late start, they finished the major repair earlier than promised. The job was done professionally, and after drilling into concrete, left the area perfectly clean. And they even did some other repairs and adjustments while they were there. The service after was attentive as well. And the charge for the work was very fair. And yesterday, Mike returned and spent a lot of time, and he was able to fix things that had been done wrong, and were left that way, for years. He was patient, friendly, helpful, honest, and the price was - again - more than fair. And yes, the phone people are friendly and helpful.
So, the sum up. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, competent. Great to deal with. One of the few service companies where I feel safe asking, Would you take a look at this? If there's nothing wrong, they'll tell you. If there is something wrong, they'll fix it correctly. And they'll stand by their work.

We recently moved into a new house and just had the kitchen redone so needed all plumbing hooked up again. Bumble Bee Plumbing was so quick to respond. Ricky came out to the house the next day and did a walk around with us and answered all our questions. He was very helpful! Ricky came back again the next day to get the work done. Again so quick! We had an unexpected issue come up and Ricky was extremely helpful with solving the issue. We will call Bumble Bee Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you!

Andy's Plumbing is a family business, and just fantastic. We had a plumbing crisis at 9:30 this morning and it was completely fixed by 4 this afternoon. I called, and left a message. They called me back from the east side of town but made their way to the west side, looked at the situation, fixed it and cleaned up. The total was $237, including parts and labor. If I had called a big corporate plumber, it would have been at least $600. Andy's Plumbing is the BEST!!!!

I contacted Plumbers of Maricopa in a panic. The water main on my property burst. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry. He was at the property within 10 minutes of my message. He took pictures and sent them to me. I live out of state. He sent me an estimate by email. The owner followed up by phone call. He gave a great price. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. Thank you so much Plumbers if Maricopa. You guys rock!!!

I just had them install a dog bathing tub in my grooming shop and Byron was AWESOME. Not only that, they cost 1/3 what other plumbers were asking, yet the work was perfect! Highly recommend

Thanks to the good reviews on yelp, called them for several issues including garbage disposal, clogged sewer line. They were fast (very important especially when there are tenents involved). The price was fair. I would use them again.

I contacted Apache after a previous plumber doubled the cost when he showed up at my house.  The quotes I got for the project (about 5) were all in the same ballpark, so I didn't understand why he quoted double when he saw it.  It was exactly as I explained it.
I called Apache, got a reasonable quote (in line with other quotes, and about half!! of what the first plumber wanted to charge) and set up an appointment.   Had to cancel first appt because I had an emergency dental appt., but was able to reschedule later in the week.  The plumber (Ben) did a fantastic job and it was all done very quickly.  Apache is definitely my go-to plumber for the future.

I had to get a new hot water heater as mine was leaking. JT came over and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and very professional. I have used Lawson before and I will continue to use them. They do a wonderful job and I feel that they are affordable compared to other plumbers.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.

I sometimes think these reviews are faked or paid for, but I swear I'm legit and here to praise the honesty of these guys. I had another plumbing company come out to scope my sewers, and they told me I had roots everywhere and needed $6,000 worth of work. I wanted a second opinion, so a few months later Chris from Gold Star scoped it and showed the other guys were trying to con me. The pipes were fine, none of the root incursion the other company alleged. Saved me a ton of money and headache.

Prime time! These folks are on time I am ready to assist with all your needs. Not overprice like the majority of other companies that I might know and yes they are here to serve!

Big G Plumbing was great to work with! We received service from our through our home warranty. They called to let us know when they would be coming within the two hour window that hey originally gave us. They did great work, and were very accommodating to our requests. We asked them to come in a Friday to remove the broken water heater and come back the next week to install the new one so that we could replace the stand over the weekend. They did this without issue or complaint. I would definitely use them again!

No stars! Unclogged our toilet for $321 ‍ they deducted the $21 bc the plumber said it wasn't badly clogged.  1 week later the shit is clogged again.

We had an unexpected major plumbing job done. It required two days of a jackhammer IN MY HOUSE, ripping a trench through the heart of our home. Pretty devaststing.
