Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Glendale AZ

We all hope for good products and good service when we deal with a company.  American Home Water and Air is beyond good; in fact, this is an excellent company in all respects.  From my first call, to my meeting the next day with Tom, who was all facts and no sales pitch, to our installers Fidel and Junior; Mary and I could not have asked for more.  Imagine talking to a sales rep (Tom, who's also one of the owners) one day and having the complete water softening unit plus a reverse osmosis drinking water system installed flawlessly the next day.  As to the price; I spent a lot of time on the telephone and the internet ... anyone that was less was selling junk and everyone that had similar products (not necessarily as good either) wanted hundreds of dollars more and days to install.  When you are only have eight days to complete the finishing touches on a fully renovated home, you really appreciate the efficiency of these folks.  I highly recommend this company.  Call Tom personally and if you are lucky enough to have Fidel and Junior as your installers ... it's pretty much a sunny day!  Hugh S. - Surrey, BC - Canada

Andy's Plumbing is a family business, and just fantastic. We had a plumbing crisis at 9:30 this morning and it was completely fixed by 4 this afternoon. I called, and left a message. They called me back from the east side of town but made their way to the west side, looked at the situation, fixed it and cleaned up. The total was $237, including parts and labor. If I had called a big corporate plumber, it would have been at least $600. Andy's Plumbing is the BEST!!!!

This is the 2nd time we've used Sav-On Plumbing and we couldn't be happier.
The first call was to help with a rental property. The technician was so punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and kind with our tenants! He also kept me informed of all that was happening and did all he could to meet both the tenants and my expectations.
The 2nd call was to a family member's home. Jesse was very professional, polite, showed up on time, and even covered his shoes with booties! He thoroughly explained what he would be doing beforehand and the estimated cost associated with the work. I felt very at ease with his work. Jesse also took the time to educate me on the plumbing issue, different warranties, and what could be done in the future.
This company is top-notch! They treat you like family and truly go the extra mile to provide superior customer service.

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

Just moved to the area, called them at about 1pm. I was told someone would contact me within a hour and that someone would be out the same day. Then I received a phone call 2 hours later at almost 4pm stating that they won't be able to come until the Monday after the weekend. WTF. Now it's too late to even call another company! Never going to use these people

Nice people but the company policy seems to be screw tge customers as much as positive. They quoted me $2700+ to replace a faucet!!  They ended up doing for $350. And that only because I was under pressure to get done

Took care of my plumbing problem quickly with a quote that was considerably cheaper than anyone else I contacted.  Highly recommended.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

Our home did not have a loop. They came up with a good solution and the unit they installed works perfectly. Shout out to Junior, great guy to work with.

Awesome plumbing company. I've been frustrated trying to find a really good plumber. I got four estimates. PlumbSmart came in 33% under everyone else and they did awesome work. The owner's name is Wayne. He's a super dude. Highly recommend him.

Great service from Tanner.  He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time, wearing a mask.  Our toilet was lose and bolts would not tighten it.   After removing the toilet Tanner found the toilet had been leaking and that caused the metal ring to rust and disintegrate.   He at first though we would have to replace the flange, which was expensive.  However he was able to get the ring off and chip away the concrete that was causing the ring to not sit correctly, which is what caused the leak in the first place.  (It had been like that since house of we built!)  Saved us several hundred dollars by not needing to replace the flange.  Really appreciate the effort and honest work.  He could have just as easily replaced the flange to charge the higher amount.  Installed new toilet correctly.   Did a great job cleaning up before he left.

Responded to my request for quote right away.  Was able to get my repair done same day.  Reasonable price, great service.  I will call Christian again if I need a plumber and will refer him to friends.

I had water leaking from my slab, and they came out fixed leaking that day and helped with the water damage. I did not have money at the time, so they financed me so I could get the whole house Repiped.

I was able to get prompt service by a knowledgeable, friendly and fair technician. i had an emergency call which turned out to be a warranty covered by another company. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a home warranty, and this is the worst experience I have ever had with one of its contractors. It will take a week for them to call you back. Then another week to get you on their schedule. Pathetic customer service. Oh, and their prices are not competitive either ($2600 for a 50-gallon water heater replacement?!). When your water heater is leaking out of its base, all over the floor of your garage, you do not have two weeks to waste. This company should be avoided at all costs.  We switched to another one.

Seth and Lorenzo did an awesome job on our 60 year old plumbing problem. They came late at night when we had our issue and stayed until the problem was solved. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend ROTO rooter to anyone with an issue and ask for Seth and Lorenzo by name!

Terry Hind arrived promptly at the stated time. Our issue was that the bathroom shower was not getting any cold water so was too hot to use.  He diagnosed the problem right away.  When he went to turn off the water at the outside shut-off valve, he found it was too corroded to shut off.  I had to call the city to have the main turned off and Terry was very accommodating to go buy the needed parts while we waited.  The repairs were made in good time and to our complete satisfaction.
