Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Glendale AZ
This review is late but well deserved! I first contacted AHWA when I was sick of being okey-doked around by my Home warranty company when it came to dealing with an AC system that constantly needed service calls and re-fills on coolant. The contractors they kept sending would tell me that the system was leaking, but not anywhere they could find and that it was likely in my line-set which runs under the slab beneath my house. So they'd do a quick top-up and six months later my system would fail. I decided to contact an independent contractor and hired AHWA to take a close look.
Brad, a very friendly and knowledgeable tech came out, inspected my system and diagnosed several problems including a leaking evap-coil in the air-mover. He used a sniffer and also showed me where other techs had run their fingers through the oil that had leaked and dried in the pan below. He also explained to me why this wasn't getting properly fixed and this is important to know if you have a home warranty: Home warranty contractors are paid a flat rate to do service calls however big or small a job is. This means if they find a big problem that will take several hours to repair, they will do everything possible to put a bandaid on the problem and kick that can down the road for the next guy to deal with. This happened to me about 7 times in 3 years. Once Brad wrote up his findings and recommendations, I was able to use that to basically FORCE my warranty company to finally fix the problem. Unfortunately I still had to use a HW contractor. It took 2 guys about 5 hours to repair the system and replace all of the necessary parts that were leaking at both ends: evap coil, accumulator, among others. Finally the system was fixed thanks to AHWA Brad's expertise. He had also suggested that all of my duct work in the attic needed serious help and offered to come back, free of charge, to do an estimate with their ducting expert and designer Darrin.
Darrin and Brad came back and Darrin examined and tested my system's air-flow and efficiency and determined that it was ducted wrong and had terrible air-flow and leaks. The last owners had a new system installed but they basically shoe-horned a new machine into old crappy ducting. I had a 5-ton system that was only moving about 3-tons of air! Darrin recommended a complete over-haul with new plenum boxes above and below the air-mover, re-sealing all of the ducts and re-insulate the whole deal. He took measurements and a few days later he got back to me with a reasonable quote. A week later he and 2 other guys completely fixed my system. It took longer than expected but that's because Darrin is a perfectionist and seems to treat every job like it's his own house! My attic is transformed: gone are the ducts wrapped in exposed dirty pink fiber-glass! Gone are the improperly fitting plenum boxes! Gone are the leaks! Now my system looks modern and functions optimally. They even pointed out that some nit-wit had placed a cooling vent right next to my cold air return which was detrimental to the air-flow so it got capped. Finally my system is functional and efficient. The energy savings will likely pay for the cost of repair in a couple years at most! Thanks Darrin! Thanks Brad! Thanks AHWA!! I highly recommend this company. Don't get the Cold Shoulder by your HW company: hire the experts at AHWA and get it fixed right!

Water heater was installed today. They were right on time. They got right to work and had the water heater changed out in two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and updated me. Quality work and nice guys.

So efficient - Tom came out when scheduled and quickly repaired a shower faucet that another plumber had spent hours on, only for it to freeze up later. It may have been a defective part but I was happy with Sav on Plumbing's price and work. I will definitely call them again if need arises!

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

I waited a few weeks to post my review on this company. Our hot water heater went out and we had some water damage to the drywall and it was an absolute mess. I called this company because it was highly recommended on Nextdoor. They came out, got the situation assessed, and got me a quote. They were not pushy, they were friendly, and they got hired on the spot. There was a relatively new technician with the company that did some less than great work when the job was done. I called, complained, and just about wrote a bad review. Gold star was able to turn things around. They answered my frustrated calls, there was always someone to answer the phone, they communicate effectively through text and phone call. They came out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did what it took to make sure the job was done the way they pride themselves in the work being done. It's beautiful.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.
I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.
I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

I needed a new 50-gallon water heater and recirculating pump so I called 3 different places and got three estimates hundreds of dollars apart for the same 50-gallon heater with a 6-yr warranty. PVP came in lowest. I scheduled an appointment. I live in central Phoenix. The installer arrived on time--actually a little early! He was polite, knowledgeable and finished in a few hours. He removed the old heater and pump and installed the new ones.
I will call Paradise Valley Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I have and highly recommend them. I also highly recommend getting at least 3 estimates for price comparison!

Plumbing Medic is awesome to work with. I have had a positive experience with my interactions with their staff. I spoke with the manager Mike and he answered all the questions I had. Right now I am just trying to get estimates, but I will most likely go with this company since they have been the most professional and their prices are reasonable. So far I have been really impressed with this company and would recommend to others.

We just had a very positive experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Our water softener crashed and it was time to replace it. Adrian came out and did an assessment and gave us some options. We shopped a bit and their pricing was competitive. Their service was way above average. Their team does a nice job of communicating about timing for their visits-and they show up when they say they will. Craig and DeeDee from their office are constantly in contact on the day of the appointment-and they called to follow up the day after to ensure our needs were met. Clearly, they place a high priority on customer service.
Adrian and MJ installed the new unit yesterday. They were polite, professional, and attentive. Following the install Adrian showed me the required maintenance for the new softener.
I recommend this team-and we will use them again as and when needs arise.

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. Thank you!

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

This 1 star is for the response provided from the business. The customer is not always wrong as it appears is the philosophy being taken. Please respond honestly and keep the facts straight. The manager called to tell me he did not mean to have this happen to me, that is all that was said.
The company is acting like only one technician came out.
Two came out to my house, not one. Is it customary to send out two plumbers to give just an estimate? Fact is, I was told I would be able to have work done. I am confused why in the response he said only one worker came out... I was also told that Monday, NOT Saturday was the soonest they could schedule me.
I told the woman on the phone when she asked if I would like to reschedule, that I can't I need to have this done today. I was never told at that point, this can't be done. This was not a mystery of the expectations for the work to be done. I was told that the work I was having done was common stuff and if nothing had to be special ordered it could be done then at the time of them giving me the estimate. That night, despite what is being said by plumbsmart, they did not keep their word or even try. That tells me a lot.
I had plumbers come on Saturday, the next day, from a different company installed everything in less then two hours. I was not planning on writing this, but all the comment had so much false information I thought I should point it out.
To summarize
Two plumbers came not one (they were planning to install)
They never offered Saturday install as stated
They knew I was expecting Friday install from talking to scheduler, original appt, two plumbers came.
The company is acting like none of this happened and the bad experience is the customer's fault.
Nothing was done to try to make it so we could have the planned party at our house. When asked if we could at least get the sink hooked up, it was a no.

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... To be honest the Lawson Family Plumbing is my go to plumbing company now ... their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of work is above reproach ... They treated me like, well - family and that felt good - Thank you LFP ... I'll be back for sure ... JOB WELL DONE!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Total rip-off and exploitation of an 86 year old woman, a client of ours.
I would give minus 5 stars if I could.
Toilet tank was running, needed new fill valve, a $10 part at HD. They charged $20, which is acceptable.
But they hit the lady with a $374.00 labor charge. When I found out and asked for an adjustment/partial refund, they told me thee job was done more than x days ago and a refund is not possible.
What a crock! Everything is possible if you are the owner!
Well, they might have made an extra $150 or $200 on that job, but they will never get another job at any of our other 40+ clients, or from office staff, family members and friends. We are all spreading the word about who NEVER to use for any plumbing needs: Roto Rooter out of Glendale.
