Bumble Bee Plumbing was great. Both of my shower drains were clogged and I couldn't get drano to work anymore. They were able to send a tech the same day and solve my problem quickly. The tech was very nice, respectful and communicated on everything I needed to know. I also liked the 90 day guarantee. I will use them again if another problem occurs.

It's just too easy to keep giving this company 5 stars. We just had them install a water softener and it's amazing. We were on the fence about purchasing a water softener and now we are glad we did. Great customer service and an awesome installation crew.

Andy's Plumbing is a family business, and just fantastic. We had a plumbing crisis at 9:30 this morning and it was completely fixed by 4 this afternoon. I called, and left a message. They called me back from the east side of town but made their way to the west side, looked at the situation, fixed it and cleaned up. The total was $237, including parts and labor. If I had called a big corporate plumber, it would have been at least $600. Andy's Plumbing is the BEST!!!!

This is your plumbing company! We have been using Mountain Park Plumbing for at least 15 years (Matt's Dad owned it when we started). My stories of honesty, professionalism, job amazingly done, timeliness showing up to the job, timeliness getting the job done once you place the phone call, and industry-fair pricing are endless! We have three houses that Mountain Park services - these houses are in the best hands when they are there. I love these guys so much that there are times that I'm not even home and they are there without me. I just give them the garage code.

One more thing that I love...they pet my dogs and talk nicely to them when they're here! :-)

He took pictures and sent them to me. I live out of state. He sent me an estimate by email. The owner followed up by phone call. He gave a great price. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Priced out water softeners and got 3 bids.  Lawson was most price competitive and used copper pipes not plastic to attach the water softener to my existing pipes.  Nick answered all my questions - actually had plumbing experience from having worked on new home construction. In terms of price and service, Lawson is the best!

Rocco was prompt and reliable.  After Rocco installed a new garbage disposal my husband asked him to look at a few other  plumbing issues that we had. He was helpful and informative. He even put caulk around a faucet, that was leaking, at no charge. He will be our go-to plumber for any issues that come up.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

Excellent!  My husband busted the washing machine pipe trying to remove the hose and we had to turn all the water off to the house since it was leaking into the wall. This was at 6pm. We called a few other 24/7 plumbers and they couldn't get over here until 1 pm the next day! Then we called plum smart and they were at our door in 40 minutes. Allen was great. Very professional, nice and straight forward. He cut the dry wall, removed and replaced both the hot and cold water pipes and reinstalled the drywall. All within an hour! And it was only a total of $223! When we admitted we thought we had just done thousands of dollars in damage, he joked that he could add $900 to the bill to make us feel better! We will definitely be calling these guys in the future, hopefully not in another emergency situation!

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq.  I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given.  However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off.  Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run.  I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options.  Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday.  They showed up on time and got right to work.  Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly.  I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate.  The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route.  It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers.  The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done.  Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning.  Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag.  It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill!  Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating.  I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well.  Thank you!

Over the years of being a homeowner, I've learned to handle most repairs. I thought flushing out a water heater was simple but because I have a Hot Water Recirculation Pump it confused be enough and I was unable to learn from googling it. I hired Plumbing & A/A Medic to flush out my water heater.
Historically I've always been wary about doing business with plumbers because of the high cost involved & the extra cost they always seem to add on. After making the initial call, Dave Somers (their technician) arrived at my house within 1 hour. Dave was exceptionally professional and performed the work for the same price that was quoted to me upfront. Not only did he do an excellent job, unlike most professionals that won't share information with you, he took time to answer my questions regarding other plumbing questions.
I highly recommend Plumbing & A/A Medic to anyone looking to do business with a reputable and professional company and thanks to Dave Somers. Great Job Dave!!!

Found Big G thru my home warranty company. The service I needed wasn't covered by my home warranty so I requested that they complete the work and I would pay outside of the warranty. The plumber quoted me a very high price. I asked for a breakdown of the costs and he said the valve he was replacing was $300. I found it online for $50 (Charging me 6 times the cost??) and I asked that if I purchased would they install? They agreed and installed for $100. I had to leave the house during completion of the job so the plumber said he would call me to coordinate payment when the job was complete.

The plumber called and he asked for my credit card number over the phone. I mentioned I'm not comfortable (Who would give someone their credit card number over the phone??) and was wondering if I could mail a check or make payment through paypal or venmo. The plumber had me call the office where I reached the owner, Greg. Greg started yelling at me saying the the job was C.O.D. and if he knew I wasn't going to give my credit card number he would have left the plumber on site demanding payment from me. He insulted me for not being willing to give me credit card number over the phone (I guess this guy hasn't heard of credit card fraud or identity theft before) and refused to give me his mailing address and who to make a check payable. He held me hostage on the phone without providing the info for a few minutes continuing to raise his voice, threaten me, and insult me. I finally told him I was going to hang up and just contact my home warranty company to figure out how to get him payment. He finally gave me his mailing address and who to make the check payable.

I would avoid this company at all cost. The way I was treated by Greg the owner was completely unacceptable and really unnecessary. There are way too many plumbers in this town who do good work and know how to treat their customers. Big G Plumbing is not one of them!

Roto Rooter sent a young plumber named Cameron to do some repairs and he acted like he was uninterested in doing the job he was hired to do.  He said he couldn't find the faucets or drain pipes that would fit our sinks.  Well if he did a little research he would find that even Home Depot would probably have what was needed.  On top of that, the estimate to repair and replace what we needed was outrageous.  No thanks!  For what he wanted to charge for a job that he didn't even know if he could get the parts for, I ended up telling Cameron to leave and hired somebody cheaper.  Roto Rooter overcharges and sends out people that don't seem to have a clue.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.
