I had an emergency water overflow situation and Bumble Bee Plumbing responded quickly and thoroughly to assess, explain and get the job done in a timely and professional manner.  Thomas was there from start to finish to explain everything to me in layman terms and with complete details on all our options.  It's no wonder this team gets the best reviews in the Phoenix metro area!

We called Andy to snake a drain line after attempting to clear the line ourselves and after having another plumber out who couldn't clear the clog. I was fearing pipe issues requiring digging up the floor. Andy fixed us right up and gave us a great price considering it was a difficult job, not your typical clog....I've already given his number to a couple coworkers as a referral and will keep his info for any future needs. Great service!

Great plumber and business. I felt Matt was honest and fair with the quoted price for work.  He communicated well, sending me the estimate right away and when he was going to be late on the day of the job he text me with updates on being 10 minutes late.  Prior to the actual work he clarified and confirmed what needed to be done and completed the job in less than an hour.  He is very personable and does quality work at a fair price.  I will use him again and recommend him highly!

Don't know how this outfit got such a high rating. For them supposedly being reasonably priced, no way. First he was late getting here, took a half hour to write a proposal, wanted to push me back to another day because he had another job to do in two hours. The estimate was three times the price of the company that I hired. No way would I recommend them.

Did not want a band aid job. There was only one  way to do the job. Jack hammer the floor and move the water pipe 6. I stand by my one star rating.

I work out of state and I just bought a home in Maricopa.  Before moving in we have been doing a few updates to the entire house including adding a fire suppression sprinkler system.

I called 3 companies that didn't travel to Maricopa at all. My wife, who is way smarter than me, opened her yelp app and in 2minutes flat was able give me the number to Plumbers of Maricopa! The name says it all!

I called and spoke to Chris who was very friendly and helpful. Chris was able to send me a quote via email and got me on the schedule for that following Monday!

I waited a few weeks to post my review on this company. Our hot water heater went out and we had some water damage to the drywall and it was an absolute mess. I called this company because it was highly recommended on Nextdoor. They came out, got the situation assessed, and got me a quote. They were not pushy, they were friendly, and they got hired on the spot. There was a relatively new technician with the company that did some less than great work when the job was done. I called, complained, and just about wrote a bad review. Gold star was able to turn things around. They answered my frustrated calls, there was always someone to answer the phone, they communicate effectively through text and phone call. They came out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did what it took to make sure the job was done the way they pride themselves in the work being done. It's beautiful.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

We have had plumbsmart out twice now, for separate unrelated issues. Charles Bauer was our service technician.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, safety measures (ready to go with mask), price and text message with picture and time of arrival.  I would highly encourage you to call plumbsmart for all your plumbing needs.  They even give military or senior discounts! I was so happy I referred him to other family members.

Wow! In February I had a backed up kitchen sink and had a company come out and the plumber who was trying to snake it with a hand held device from underneath my sink was unsuccessful. He went a purchased a heavy duty chemical to get it to drain. I was charged about $350.

Happened again, and I called Apache Plumbing and the technician came out and ran a big time motorized snake through my clean out (outside my home) and really did the job well. Also, he charged me $142.47!!!!

Apache is my new plumbing service!!!

Christian Olson has done all our plumbing work for the last 4 years. He does an excellent job, quickly, and for a reasonable price. I've had a lot of plumbing work done over the years and PV Plumbing is one of the best companies I've worked with. It makes a difference when one of the owners does the work! Highly recommended!

I had a tech out for a quote today, he was unprofessional, made me uncomfortable w/his hard sale on replacing things I didn't need, valves on all my sinks & washer & water purification system & soft water system.

He was very shady, told me they are not an inexpensive company ..
His quote was exorbitant, 3X's higher then my other quotes fir the same job.

Do not use this company, he was upset I was getting other quotes.. because he knew his quote was insanely high.

Do yourself a favor & save yourself a lot of money ; and find an honest, reputable, reasonably priced plumbing Company.

Greg the owner came to my house for a leaking toilet.  He assessed it in minutes and fix it within 10 min.  He was very professional and honest.  His prices were better than the big plumbing companies.  I would recommend him highly.

I will never go to another plumbing company again! I've tried cutting corners in the past with mom and pop companies until I had a terrible experience and decided to give RR a try! Cassie's persistency in helping with my rental properties was nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail and the knowledge she possessed was evident. Cassie was not only extremely knowledgable but provided impeccable service. I felt extremely comfortable sending her to my properties and having her work directly with my tenants. I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.
