A company with Integrity, Imagine that in today's world. I cannot say enough about Mommaerts Plumbing, Inc. I was stunned when I asked a few people if they knew a great plumber.  3 people said Mommaerts.  I called Mommaerts on a Sunday because my Hot Water Heater died. They returned my call promptly on Monday and the situation was resolved without me even being at he house.  They quoted me a great estimate and they were right on the money, site unseen. They were fast, efficient, friendly, trustworthy and showed their integrity because when I arrived home, everything was cleaned up and you never even knew what happened.  Thank you Mommaerts Plumbing!! I know I will also be recommending you to everyone I know.

Repairmen arrived on time and finished a rodding job within an hour. The gave some good advice about keeping the lines clean, they did their work, they cleaned up a bit and they left.

They also suggested using another kind of rodding job, which would be, to use a high powered air jet to push clogs out.  Almost a $700 dollar job for an entire apartment building.

I've used their service in the past and they have always been reasonably priced. Their trip charge is in the middle but they are very accommodating. This time I called them at 2pm for my hot water heater. At 3:15 they were in route to my house and hot water by 4pm. I called a couple others as well. Trip charge was less if they came out on Monday but double if they made it out today. The other was more and they could come out the next morning... Thanks Malone for being friendly and freaky fast...

Joe is one of the best.  He cares about the customer as well as a job well done.  He is very reasonable with the prices.  He was here and could not fix the clogged clean out, but did tell us what our next step needed to be.  The next day he called us to check up and offered to come back and give it another try.  Well the second time was a charm!!  He was able to finish the job and I could not be happier!  I should mention that we called him late in the afternoon on Friday, he came over on Saturday and he cared enough to call us and come back on a Sunday.  Like I said, he cares about the customer, truly cares.  He cleans up the entire area when he is done, it looks just like when he walked in.  I highly recommend Joe.

Our 22 year old Rheem system needed replacement, we were quoted by six companies, Seider won the business because they had a fair price that was explained in detail and was done with full transparency. The Daikin 12 year parts and labor warranty sealed the deal.
Todd Seider was the person quoting the project and was straight forward and honest. The heating with the new furnace is awesome, the technology with the app on the phone is easy to use. We are very happy and appreciate all Seider has done for us, frank and Tom are excellent installers too.

I contacted Rickey's at a very busy time.  Amidst a span of record-setting cold temperatures and wind chills, as a one-man operation, he was swamped.

Although my issue was simply a drain clog, he went out of his way to come over on a Sunday (still dressed in his suit from church) and took care of the problem at a very reasonable price.

I found Rickey to be friendly, engaging, honest, insightful, and an all-around great guy.  He also took the time to answer some other (unrelated) questions and gave me a reasonable off the cuff quote to upgrade some hot water pipes in my basement.

When I update that plumbing or need other services, I'll make sure to give Rickey a call.  (And if you call, his wife--sorry I don't remember her name--will likely coordinate your appointment.  She's very friendly and responsive.)

On a Saturday when my tenant's kitchen and bathroom sinks backed up. I felt it was outside my skill set to resolve. I called a couple of places from my Yelp list to check on availability and fees. I liked that Tuffy's got back to me right away. The office provided clear communication about timeline and what to expect and anticipated fees. There were no surprises. This is not a fancy company, more like a family business. They clearly did the job and were easy to work with.

Richard came out to my moms place and cleared everything up in minutes. He also offered  an insider tip.

The service is great and he is versatile in a number of areas.

I will call him in the future for services as they come available.

Had an initial issue with scheduling which the owner personally called and offered to make right.  Everyone who I spoke with from the company apologized for the mistake.  The electrician who was sent out on a later date to complete an inspection was professional and courteous.  In the end they took ownership of the mixup which is respectable.

We needed a gas line put in the house we just moved into to use our dryer.  Robert's made it a priority to get us on the schedule quickly (the laundry was starting to pile up!), and did an excellent job.  They even came back out the next day when we smelt natural gas - turns out I caused the leak when I hooked up the dryer, but Robert's came out and fixed it for free.  We're new to town - Robert's will be our go-to plumbing/heating company from now on.

I'm not sure what is going on with this company but they don't return phone calls or e-mails.  I would assume they have gone out of business but haven't found anything online stating this.

One star only because I couldn't give it no stars! This man was sent out to fix a plugged toilet by the Amazon Home Warranty co. Turns out it wasn't just a plugged toilet but the cast-iron pipes needed to be replaced. $800 later I discovered 2 weeks after it was fixed that every joint was leaking. This man wouldn't answer my phone calls and even the Amazon Home Warranty company couldn't get him to come fix the problem. In addition the toilet plugged up again. Now more that 2 months later I finally had a real plumber fix the problem. This man, Alan Barr, is not a licensed plumber or a contractor. Why the Home Warranty company would use an unlicensed plumber is beyond me. The haven't heard the last of me yet!!!  He even was on Fox 6's Contact 6 in 2016 for basically the same thing. Taking money and not doing the job.
