They came out same day to fix a gas line on my hot water heater. He was fast gave me a good price. Left everything clean. Even gave me a qoute on a future plumbing project. I recommend them!

My property manager recommended this company to me after I'm so happy with the service that I have to share a little of my sleeping time to share my experience with you. I moved into a community that has well water and after a few weeks of gastric distress, I realized I needed to put a filter on my sink to reduce the amount of plastic bottles flowing (like the Nile before Moses) out my front door to the recycling dumpster every day. Between my dog and I, we drink about 80- 20 ounce bottles each week. It was getting embarrassing; but we couldn't drink the well water even after boiled it! We just weren't hardy enough! Our poor little citified tummies couldn't take it!

I researched and found an undersink mounted filter that my landlord happily approved. However, I'm new in town. My go-to plumber doesn't service this area and none of my friends could help me. I asked the property manager and she stated I could check with their contractor.

This man took advantage of a senior woman that is on a fixed income . He was to install windows and measured windows completely wrong . Then installed them and did a hack job . She has been trying to contact them and he will not return any calls .

Jon was able to come over and replace out outdoor faucet with 24 hours notice. The faucet piping was in a small cubby hole in the basement behind a cabinet and he was still able to replace the faucet and get everything flowing again within 30 minutes - I was very impressed!

Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

DJ 's has taken care of my lawn sprinkler system for years, and has been great. I always get a person on the phone or a call back Thanks DJ's Great Job!!!

My furnace went out at 8:00 on a 7* night. Josh came over within and hour. He gave me options and clearly explained them. I opted for a new furnace installation. They were at my house at 9:00 the next morning. The crew was courteous and friendly. The price was fair and I had a new furnace and tidy basement my 3:00. Call these guys!

I general do not write bad reviews on business and usually just take my businesses someone else.  However, in this case; I don't want what happen to me to happen to anyone else.  This is the worst and unprofessional company I've dealt with.  This company is unethical and does not follow through with their commitment to their customers.  I had problem with my plumbing and called them the afternoon of the day I had problem.  They told me they could not get someone to my establishment until the evening.  When the gentlemen arrived he was only there 20min and I was told that he would need to come back tomorrow morning before my business open to fix the plumbing issues.  The next morning the guy never showed up.  I called the company and was told that he had another job.  I was shocked because although you have a business; I have a business to run as well.  Out of courtesy; I would have appreciated a call to inform me rather than let me hang.  I had to call another company to come take care of my plumbing.  When I received my bill, I was charged 1 hour for the service and overtime.  When I called to ask about the bill; I was told that there is a 1 hour minimal and overtime is charged in the evening.  In initial call to schedule someone to come out; I once was not informed of the 1 hour minimal and overtime.   The lady I spoke with never tried to rectify my situation expect argue with me.  The company is discourteous and I would not waste my time dealing with them.

Brutal customer service.  I was scheduled for a job on a Friday between 12-2.  They called Friday morning and said that the previous job was taking too long and that they may be late or would perhaps reschedule.  They ended up calling back later in the day and had to reschedule...for FOUR DAYS later (Tuesday).  I completely understand that stuff happens and that my plumbing issues may be smaller in nature to another customer's emergency.  What I cannot accept is that they would have still insisted on charging me the $70 service charge.  I would have had to take two days off of work for them to fix a leaky faucet if I went with this company.  I complained to them and indicated that the service charge should be waived as they clearly would have inconvenienced me twice.  Mary Ellen (office staff) stood behind the company line and would not budge.  Later, the manager called me.  While he was pleasant on the phone, he did not budge on this policy either.  $70 seems like a small price to pay to earn the respect and devotion for a good customer base.

I have used Gary for multiple water heater replacements and clogged drains. They are always timely,  professional and do great work!

Never showed up on Day 2 to start the job. Because of a clog we had no washing machine (would cause the toilet and tub to fill up), no toilet, couldn't use the sinks because it would also cause the toilet to fill up. On day 1, noon, he said he didn't have the equipment he needed and that it was in a different city. He said he will either be back tonight or first thing in the morning. No one ever came back. Left 3 messages by 1:30pm not a single phone call back.  This was the 2nd time we've used them but we won't make that mistake again!

Called this guy twice with a sump pump issue. Couldn't even return my call. If you're not interested in the job just say so. We'll move on

Trust me when i tell you rasmussen is an honest and competent company that would hire again. They did a job for me at half the price i was quoted by drains r us!

I couldn't be happier with Bassett Plumbing. I called on a Wednesday, Tom came right out to take a look at the plumbing under my kitchen sink that need to be reconfigured and even offered to come back that day after he finished his scheduled repair. He also only quoted me $150, this being after I had already received (2) quotes for $450 and $495. I had Tom come back on Friday to do the reconfiguration and unfortunately he ran into a problem. He left to get the materials that he needed, came back and fixed it and was only going to charge me $125, less than what he originally quoted.  Tom was very professional, friendly, and very honest. Definitely call Tom if you need anything!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!

I had a situation at my property otherwise I would not be calling this establishment. I loved the reviews I saw of this company and this was one of the companies that I didn't hear of asking clients to give a review for payment. I called and no one responded. several days later I gave an ultimatum and I got a call from adam hours later. he sounded as if he didn't really want to do the job, as a matter of fact he referred me green leaf. I was disappointed to say the least. this was in mid December but again I wanted the job done ASAP and it finally took me weeks for a company who didn't mind the neighborhood to go out there.
