Best Plumbing Services in Milwaukee, WI

I had my sewer snaked out to the curb. They didn't leave any mess and it was priced on par with other times I've had it done in the past and cheaper than the bigger names in drain cleaning. Also, I asked them to investigate a bad smell coming from under a sink. They spent a while trying to figure it out and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend their services!

I recently had my whole bathroom remodeled. A full tear out including electrical and plumbing issues. Jay was professional and did a fantastic job! He was busy re-routing and installing plumbing. Upgraded electricity and fixed unsafe electrical issues. A beast of a job. He was detailed oriented, very informative, valued my family's safety, and stayed as long as it was needed to complete the job. We are incredibly pleased with Jay and his work! Definitely calling him in the future.

I have used (Dale) Thiessenhusen Plumbing as our plumber for over 20 years and he has never disappointed us.

He is a very fair, prompt, and  knowledgeable plumber and business man.

They were wonderful ! Arrived on time to unclog my kitchen sink. It was a harder job then expected but the quote was the same! Very friendly staff both on the phones and techs. But the best part was how CLEAN they were. They spent the time to wipe everything down even the door handles ! I've used them at work & now for the first time at home and so glad they are around when we have issues.

The company phone number isn't right. seems they changed numbers and didn't fix it here.

Terrible customer service. Business is overworked and understaffed and that is reflected in the way they treat their customers. Do not expect good communication or any timeliness around techs arriving unless you have an urgent emergency. Save your time and find someone else.

Derek Kuepper helped with our remodel and was great. Thorough and meticulous with everything he did!  Would use again!

TERRIBLE!

They came right away for my quote. Once I signed the contract, it was almost like I didn't matter. They showed up when they wanted. Would cancel appointments when we were trying to do status updates. The main guy, JIM,  would yell at the carpenters, electricians and dry wall guys, and swear in front of my children. They never seemed like they knew when things would be done - always push the timeline back - but always ask for money. he subcontracted everything else aside from the plumbing. There are huge gaps in my floor molding. My boiler went out shortly after the project was done - likely because of the dust, which might I add ended up all over the house, even in the upstairs! Plumbing was okay, I would not recommend any renovations'. Seems like he bit off more than he could chew with my project.

Broke a PVC pipe under a sink on Saturday.  $59 service call.  Great!  $1500 for a complete repair, and $500 for a band aid.  DO NOT use them.  Total rip off.

Went to speak with owner about plumbing work. No call no show twice.

I wouldn't recommend this time wasting company.

Very over priced. They mark up pricing on all the products, bill out $110 hourly rate and bury the cost of coming to quote out your project in the quote.

I had Wilkes come out in via my home warranty service to take a look at my Jacuzzi tub that was randomly turning on by itself.   They came when my parents were there and left without a comment and so I assumed it was fixed.  

After a week it came back on again and I had to follow up with Wilkes where they said they had to come back out since they couldn't get to it directly and had to go through the basement ceiling.  They came back out again, charged me more money for the 2nd trip, and said it was fixed.  Side note, they had to call a third party Jacuzzi service for advice on how to fix it.  

A few months later the same problem started again and I called them to see if they would come out and fix it but to my surprise said that because it has been over 60 days, that I'd have to either make another claim with the home warranty service or hire them direct at $60 per trip + $110 per hour.  They do not do a quality job to start or on the 2nd time around nor do they warranty their work more than 60 days so I would definitely not recommend this company.
