Chris is great!! He installed an outside spigot and did a great job, now I don't have to move the hose from the back of the house to front. Already used it today and I can't be more pleased.  He is professional, friendly, on time, and will recommend me to others.

I cannot give enough praise to this company. I had a heating and hot water issue on my tankless water heaters because WE Energy (Wisconsin energy) installed the wrong size gas meter! The lady, I think her name is Tracy, set up an appointment on the same day, and this was right before Xmas. What luck! Tim handled the situation from thereon by assessing the issues and had the manufacturer come out a few days later to pin point the problem.  He then came back to inspect everything after the WE Energy rep installed the proper meter to make sure everything was up to par. And all of this was done as I was on vacation elsewhere.  It's refreshing to know there's a service you can trust in your own home when you are away. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Ian is great! I was able to schedule an appointment via text, and he responded immediately. He fixed the plumbing issue quickly. Very professional, prompt and personable! I would definitely recommend Remedy Plumbing's services. They're now on my speed dial.

Kory is the best! I felt so comfortable with him in my home. He was knowledgeable, timely and affordable. As a new homeowner, I'm so glad I found G&G Rooter. When I call G&G come to my home at 9 p.m. I didn't know if the would, but they are a true 24/7 company and I was so thankful for the peace of mind they provided, when other 24/7 companies wouldn't have come until the next day. Quality service and fair prices. I worked with Frank, a seasoned professional plumber with super clear communications. Though it is a bit tricky to reach their office to schedule, that's just a bump in the road to get really good work.

Called several places and got quotes, they quoted me the same price everywhere else did.  Scheduled an appointment with them and they didn't show up, called them and wondered if they were still coming.  They had a plumbing emergency at some company, said they might make it there that day still.  Okay, waited around some more, nobody showed up, nobody called.  I called them, and they were closed.  Left a message asking for someone to call me back to reschedule.  They called the next day and rescheduled, no apology for making me wait around the ENTIRE DAY for them with no phone call to let me know that they weren't going to be making it.  Got the bill today, more than they quoted me.  Should have just gone with someone else when they didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call to even tell me they weren't coming. I completely understand that emergencies occur and that they have to take care of those things, but AT LEAST call the people who were actually scheduled with appointments to apologize that you can't be there and reschedule.  Is that too much to ask for?  I WASTED an entire day just waiting on them, and then they charge me MORE than I was anticipating.

Windy City Rooter charged me 4,000$ for work he DID NOT DO, he got that signed contract in his hands and came by, with several men, I thought, great this will be done in a few days he ended up blaming me for sewer line problems claiming the City and me were fighting etc he LEFT ME with nothing close to being finished 0 ZERO STARS FOR A ZERO dishonest person I would have agreed to pay for gas a Some for his workers but he acted like a typical Bully the real issue to Everyone out there is he didn't finish and left me to hire another crew that did the OTHER 90% of the work, so take Max's words as truth but LETThe Buyer Beware!...Now THE FOLLOW UP!  Today's date MAY 21st, 2019. Went to court, the Fuckin judge ruled in his favor before he was Even there, he,the judge kept stating to Windy City Rooters Lawyers that your client is not present, the fool (got caught in traffic) Whereas I got up at 04:00 hours, Nevertheless the judge waited long enough for Said Fool to make it to court, the judge was not even close to being cognizant of construction practices and ruled in the Fools favor. I even had issues with some buildings inspectors those Chumps thought I busted my own fuckin sewer line idiots. Now it's on to the IRS as I NEVER GOT AN OFFICIAL BILL. The fool took it out of my DISCOVER CARD

I needed a couple small things fixed in my house. He replied quickly and was easy to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what was going on and troubleshooted my problem quickly. He was respectful and made sure the work areas were clean when he left.  10/10 would hire again.

I would steer clear of this company.  They came out to fix a sump pump recently. It turns out that we needed a new unit.  They installed a new, albeit discontinued, model that retails for $120.  I am being generous in saying that the plumber did 30 minutes of work, yet he was at my house for almost 2 hours.  The final bill was over $500.  I felt doubly conned because I got sucked into listening to this guys life story.  I thought about calling the owner and/or the BBB, but honestly the whole situation creeped me out and I just want to put it behind me.  At the same time, I feel like I should warn other homeowners and businesses.

Needed a lift pump in my septic system replaced.  They sent out one of their professionals with apparently whatever pump was laying around the shop.  The guy worked for weeks trying to install a 110 volt pump in a 220 volt system.  Had to have the tank pumped so he could TRY to get it fixed and had to pay a second time for another company to do it right.  When I presented them with my $200 out of pocket expense for their guy to mess things up, I was told to pound pavement.

They are NOT professional, knowledgeable, or customer friendly.  My advice would be to stay far, far away from this business

We had Rozga Plumbing help us with a drain clog, it was from the house to the street. They did a great job so when we wanted new toilets we called them again. We got to choose whatever toilets we wanted and they got them. They brought our chosen toilets to the house and had them installed them all in a few hours. We didn't have to lift a finger. The tech was friendly and cleaned up everything.  Thanks Rozga.
