What you get when you use a handyman instead of an electrician: 1. low prices 2. a vent fan that shocks you because the grounding was done wrong 3. a botched attempt at hanging a ceiling fan.

What you get when you use Jackson Electric: 1. yes, you pay a little more 2. grounding fixed, 3 fan beautifully mounted and wired. 4. They also did a good job installing track lighting which required pulling wires and installing a dimmer.

Quality job all over. I'm happy paying for that.

You have found your new go to repair place!! Our A/C went out around 9:11pm today 6/25/22. I looked for and found Evenflow Home & Commercial. I called the 24 hour line and spoke to Yolanda. She sent me Seth Ortega who arrived at 10:14pm looked at the outside A/C unit. It was the capacitor, and the part was $259 the service charge for weekend and after hours was $199. Seth fixed my A/C by 11pm he was very professional, and he exceeded our expectations far beyond what we needed. Thank you Evenflow for the most amazing A/C service experience we have ever had! The customer service was excellent. The service call when making an appointment was accurate and very fast. After calling several different Electrical companies and getting misdiagnosis calling 5G Electric was the best decision I've ever made.

I'm late posting this but they came out in October to help do the electrical side of my hot tub installation. The guys were all very nice and hardworking. When we did the estimate they came out and we decided on trenching to get to wire from the panel to the hot tub site. They came and did a great job and when we ran into the issue of the panel being maxed out with no space to add the hot tub breaker to, they ran another wire from my hot water tank to the main panel  in the garage. They didn't even end up charging me for the extra work they had to do and I very much appreciate that from them. Because of their excellent workmanship and generosity to put in extra work and not bill me for it, they have my business as long as I live in San Antonio. I'm sure the extra work they did was work another 700-1000 bucks and they did it free of charge to me.

I have a 25-year-old home that I had built - Israel started out doing some electrical work for my pool equipment. He still does that and other issues that pop up in a 25-year-old home - always helpful and offers alternatives. JH

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron Bedwell of Bedwell Electric for several issues in my home, and they have my strongest possible recommendation. From start to finish, he responded quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. He also answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. Finally, their rates are very reasonable, especially considering the level of service the provide. I would not hesitate to use Bedwell Electric again for any future electrical needs.

A tree branch pulled the electric meter off of the side of my house. I called Bryant the next morning and they showed up and fixed it the same. They were a little pricey ($1700), but they finished it in a timely fashion and it looked great. Sent 3 trucks out to make sure we had power by the end of the day.

Live Oak Electric gives a fair estimate, shows up for work (not creating the worry other contractors sometimes do) and they do great work!  I've referred them and they've never disappointed!   Won't hesitate to refer them again and don't need to look further than Live Oak Electric for my electrical work.

Electrical work is good - so far. Do not have them do any other work. We had them paint our banister and railing and it is chipping less than a week later. Paint on ceiling is already chipping. If you like paint on light fixtures, cabinets and flooring this is the person for you. Please do not have them put up curtain rods or repair brackets in the closet. Everything was off center and uneven. Not sure a measuring tape was used. Constructive criticism is not welcomed by him. Drywall work performed is already failing just weeks after repairs. Cracks are coming back. Please beware of substandard work.
