Friendly service, fast, they actually know what they are talking about. Would recommend for anyone looking to get the best prices and great service. They didn't let me down, will defiantly have them do more work!!

It's hard to find a contractor that will give you an honest estimate and a fair price with out compromising quality of work. Chris prides himself on his honesty and quality. Fix Rite has completed multiple projects for me in a timely manner at a great price. I love supporting local family businesses and I hope you do too!

The electrician that came to our office we're nice and very professional.
They also found a issue with a old electrical box and made sure it was fixed and up to code while they were there.
I would defiantly recommend them for any electro work you may need.

I had family coming to visit and needed several light fixtures installed, an electronic timer incorporated to automate my outside lights, and wires moved and lighting installed in the attic.  I had previous booked the work with another electrician who twice was a no call/no show.  TX Electric accepted the job, came early, and completed all of the work before our gusts arrived the same day.  

The master electricians were pleasant and constantly asked for feedback on the fixtures to ensure they were placed exactly where we wanted them and the assembly adjustments were just right.

TX Electric also has an alliance with another mater electrician so if your project has to be done immediately and they cannot get to it, they will work to place you with someone who can do the work timely and properly

As for me and my future work, my business is going to TX Electric.  There is no need to look anywhere else.  The no-show electrician did me a favor!!!!

Was charged a premium to have backflow and prv valve replaced. Plumber cracked valve box for irrigation backflow valve, reinstalled valve boxes 2 inches above ground ( could no longer mow grass around boxes). And plumber left 10 valve box without cover before a 1plus rain. Pressure for house was also installed too low. Asked to speak to manager and never received a call back. Texted plumber to increase pressure.Spend 2 hrs replacing valve boxes. Next day plumber installs incorrect valve box cover and doesn't correct pressure. Spend another 2 hrs buying new 10 box and replacing it with proper fitting.

Management did eventually reach out to correct my concerns. Hopefully this was just a one-off situation.

I've always been really happy with Kerrville Plumbing. They are knowledgeable and reasonable with their pricing; however, I will say I was a little disappointed with the last job.  It took way to long for them to fix the leak in the yard.  I know the house is vacant, but they requested the water to be turned off for the yard, which we did.  It was about 2 weeks before they went back to fix the problem and that was with me calling to follow up a few times.  Not good on the St. Augustine and trees with this heat.  The other problem is the way they left the yard.  It was a nice flat grass covered yard, but now there is a big, uneven area of big clumps of dirt/mud they left.  It would have been nice if they could have semi flattened it back out so the grass could cover it where it would look nice.  It's going to take some work to get it back smooth again.  I will call them again in the future, just hope their response to finalize the job is a little quicker and the clean up a little better.

Horrible experience, never been treated so rudely in my life. Call center agents will actually curse at you and the owner doesn't give a damn about that or anything else you might have to say. If you complain about anything, even if you say it as sweetly and politely as you possibly can, they will snap at you and curse! Absolutely shocking and appalling behavior!

I called them to replace a chandelier and an electric switch.
When on the phone, I asked them to give me a quote on the phone. The guy on the phone said each job is different and he can only give me a quote once he sees the job. I kept pushing him to at least give me an approximate quote or a price range but he said he needs to see the job.
When the guy shows up at my home, he goes through a price sheet and gives me a quote of $700 !!!. He could have given me this quote on the phone if all he was going to do was to go thorough a price sheet. I politely told him this was out of my range and paid the $79.
I feel that when I called them, they should have give me an approximate quote on the phone knowing that the job was replacing a chandelier.
I paid them $79 for doing nothing....

VA Electrical Contractors installed a Generac generator on my house in January of 2022. In the process they cut sprinkler lines which they tried to fix,  but I had to have them fixed by Medallion Sprinkler.
When the light was blinking yellow, I tried to call them, but I got someone else's voice mail. So, I contacted Champion. Champion fixed the problem and said my generator was NOT INSTALLED TO CODE.
Finally  reached VA Electrical and they said they would fix the install to code but that they had several others they had to fix first and didn't know when they could fix it--if at all.

DO NOT USE THEM!

These people installed panels on my neighbor's roof, about 25 feet from my windows. Now, at the hottest time of the day, at the hottest time of the year, I get glare from the panels directly into my windows. It makes my room unusable for 2.5 hours in the summer, and then I have to let it cool out afterwards. The owner of the company insisted we use a window tint to solve the problem. Not only did it not stop the glare, it just made the room darker. I now have to use the overhead lamps to light the room (making the room hotter, and wasting more energy). I contacted the owner about relocating the panels and removing the tint. He agreed to help me, and call me back with a solution. Instead, he sent us the bill for the window tint he made us get, and now won't return my calls, nor did he ever call me back.
Avoid at all costs, and tell your neighbors to avoid as well.

In the chance that he actually does relocate the panels like he said he would, I'll take down this review.

Worst customer service! I had an appointment for a service call. They said they would be at my place sometime in the afternoon. they never showed and when I called to ask about what time they were going to show up they said that they could be at my place first ting in the morning.10 am and no service technician so I call and turns out that they had an emergency call and would not be able to come until the afternoon.4:30 rolls along and they still haven't shown up or even answered my phone calls or texts. when I finally get a hold of him he said that he was stuck at the damn oil field. This place is so unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
