Amazing service!  Called for a blocked kitchen sink and they were there w/in a few hours - price was amazing and they were very professional!  They will be the only plumbers that I use from here on out!

sent email with no response moved on, went another way. Stars above don't go low enough! Don't offer an alternative way to communicate if your not checking.

These are the worse plumbers I've ever worked with. My general contractor hired them to do the plumbing on our new house.  They damaged appliances, valves, etc.  We had to have several items in the house redone. It was impossible to get them to come back and fix or complete work. They never showed up when they said they were coming.  They often left work undone.  Save yourself a lot of work and frustration and hire someone else!

Our air conditioning stopped working on Saturday  7/31.  I called thrive on Sunday But no one answered.  I immediately received a text message apologizing that they could not take our call.  I responded to the text letting them know my a/c went out.  After not hearing from them for a couple hours I texted again letting them know we had a pregnant momma here and if dove one could respond and let me know when they could come out.  Someone responded and said that they would be here the next day after 10am.  Didn't hear anything from them.  I send another text and they apologize and advise they were very busy but would come the next day between  9 and 10:30am.  Never heard from them so I text again at noon asking what is going on and they advised that they are just super busy and will let me know when they come out.  Absolutely the worse communication and so disrespectful of customers time.  I would not recommend this company at all!
