My home's water pressure regulator is 15 years old, is still working, but water pressure went up recently to 80 psi, which is still within safe limits. The lady who answered the phone at Jeff's quickly said it would cost $385 when I asked her how much it would cost to install a new regulator. I told her that I bought a regulator like the one I have now at Home Depot for $55. She said if I supply the regulator, their labor rate is $100/hour. I called another licensed plumber and he installed the new regulator for $85! Instead of spending $385 for Jeff's Westside Plumbing, I saved $245 by calling around. I am not rating Jeff's work. It may be worth five stars. But their labor rates do not appear to be competitive.

Ignacio and his team from One Call Plumbing did an excellent job with stucco repairs on our home. Our Realtor recommend him, so we reached out to him and he was able to come out and do an estimate very quickly. We are out of state, so he took pictures of each problem area for us and explained over the phone the multi-step stucco repair process. We were also able to adjust the cost based on how extensive we wanted repairs to be. Ignacio was very flexible with us, and once we gave the go ahead his team completed the work that week. He sent us pictures of the completed repairs and the work looked great. We had a very good experience with Ignacio and One Call Plumbing, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Didn't show up timely to appointments. Rude and condescending on the phone.

They came to unplug my kitchen sink and that experience was all good. I then called them to change my bathroom sink faucet and they did a good job but they took my old faucet and I wanted to return it as it was pretty new. I called the plumber that came and the business and no one ever returned my calls. They did a good job but they stole my faucet so...

If you plan on hiring this company please do your research. I recommend reading the reviews on BBB. Since I hired this company it has been a nightmare. Now I'm out 16000.00 and still need to get my roof fixed.

My experience with this company was terrible. I had a leak in my kitchen and I had hired a plumber and the plumber couldn't find the source of the leak. So he suggested we call Sun City Leak Detection so they could find the where the leak was coming from. Initially the company estimated the total charge for the service would be $280; I hired them to do so. And when they showed up they found the source of the leak and they told the plumber where to dig. He dug and never found anything, they took the $280 and left. Long story short I had to hire someone else to do the job and they just took my money. Do not use this company! They are terrible

Called in the morning and they're machine was broken, they said they'd be able to make it at noon and gave me a quote of $40. Called after noon and they're at another job. Finally got a call that they'd come at 4. They showed up at 4 and now the job was $10 more because it was sprinkling outside.

David and Sandy were unprofessional and condescending. Upon arriving at the job site, they were pleasant, but began rushing through things quickly, didn't bother taking measurements, nor photos. Sandy said that she handled the administrative side on the business and would be in contact by the end of the day through email to send a quote, and other pertinent documentation to begin the process of the job. I never received a call that day, nor a text, nor did she ever ask for my email. Two days later, I had to call Sandy to ask If she could send me the estimate, to an email which i provided through a text to her personal number. Sandy apologized, saying she had a meeting and that she was having a surgical procedure done but would get it to me later that day. No call, no text, no email nothing. The next day I call, and she says she is working on the quote, will have it to me by the end of the day. The end of the day comes, and nothing happens. I finally text her to ask if they actually want the job or not. As anyone reading this review would know, septic and sewage problems need to be handled promptly. Sandy made more excuses about measurements, designs and calculations needing to be done, (which I would assume were done already, if they were meaning to be sent to me 'that night' every other day.) She then proceeds to insinuate that I'M the one who forgot about their surgery. I told them if they can't be honorable with their word, show integrity and humility, then I don't need to do business with them. Find someone who won't string you along when you need help with your sewage issues, these two clearly do NOT care about their customers and have no integrity.
