They are good but SOOPER expensive. I bought a faucet and just needed it replaced... they were there 28 minutes and charged OVER $250. They were very professional and did a great job but very pricy

Emergency! We had one! Yesterday, our water heater was leaking water, and my daughter told me that she heard leaking on her side of the house!

Well, I immediately turned off the water and gas, and called City Wide Morales Plumbing.  

Javier put us on his schedule, and arrived within two hours. He was able to locate a new water heater, and swapped it out the same day.

He left the area clean, and worry-free!

My husband and I both agree that he is our go-to guy for all our plumbing issues!

Our air conditioning stopped working on Saturday  7/31.  I called thrive on Sunday But no one answered.  I immediately received a text message apologizing that they could not take our call.  I responded to the text letting them know my a/c went out.  After not hearing from them for a couple hours I texted again letting them know we had a pregnant momma here and if dove one could respond and let me know when they could come out.  Someone responded and said that they would be here the next day after 10am.  Didn't hear anything from them.  I send another text and they apologize and advise they were very busy but would come the next day between  9 and 10:30am.  Never heard from them so I text again at noon asking what is going on and they advised that they are just super busy and will let me know when they come out.  Absolutely the worse communication and so disrespectful of customers time.  I would not recommend this company at all!
