Can I do 6 stars? Angel, from Sal's Plumbing, was a literal angel! I have had previous companies come out to evaluate my concerns with my water pressure, and were unsuccessful. Angel was able to diagnose the problem in a heartbeat, and made the necessary adjustments, while also giving me information on how to adjust the part myself should something happen again. I am so happy to have found this company and they will be my first call if I need other repairs! I will be sure to tell neighbors and friends of this perfect experience. Thank you so much, Angel, you've made my day!

If you ever need a plumber, DO NOT CALL OASIS PLUMBING!! They are completely unprofessional and rude! My rental home uses them for maintenance on our swamp cooler, and I have spent the entire summer in a 90-100 degree home. At the beginning of summer when I called Oasis Plumbing to service my evaporative cooler, the plumber did not take the time to explain to me how to manage an evaporative cooling system. I'm military and not from this area. He just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing to explain. His assistant was an older woman who did not speak any English and didn't even say hello. He spent no more than 15-20min on my roof, told me he fixed the pump, to sign the dotted line, and left without addressing any questions.  It is approaching the end of summer, and I finally decided to pay out of pocket for home repair and use a different company, SoBella. Comes to find out, Oasis Plumbing installed a broken water pump and never changed the padding. The pads apparently are hard as rocks and are moldy. It was a close to $500 repair that was well worth it. Thank you Sobellas Home Services for fixing this problem!!!!

Do not call these people. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, and in the end they never showed up. We called at 8am yesterday and scheduled an appointment for 2pm. They called and rescheduled for 5pm. Well, 5:40pm rolls around and they did not show. We had to call them to see what was going on and they said they were stuck on another job and couldn't get here until noon today. A courtesy call would have been nice. Never again.

David and Sandy were unprofessional and condescending. Upon arriving at the job site, they were pleasant, but began rushing through things quickly, didn't bother taking measurements, nor photos. Sandy said that she handled the administrative side on the business and would be in contact by the end of the day through email to send a quote, and other pertinent documentation to begin the process of the job. I never received a call that day, nor a text, nor did she ever ask for my email. Two days later, I had to call Sandy to ask If she could send me the estimate, to an email which i provided through a text to her personal number. Sandy apologized, saying she had a meeting and that she was having a surgical procedure done but would get it to me later that day. No call, no text, no email nothing. The next day I call, and she says she is working on the quote, will have it to me by the end of the day. The end of the day comes, and nothing happens. I finally text her to ask if they actually want the job or not. As anyone reading  this review would know, septic and sewage problems need to be handled promptly. Sandy made more excuses about measurements, designs and calculations needing to be done, (which I would assume were done already, if they were meaning to be sent to me 'that night' every other day.) She then proceeds to insinuate that I'M the one who forgot about their surgery. I told them if they can't be honorable with their word, show integrity and humility, then I don't need to do business with them. Find someone who won't string you along when you need help with your sewage issues, these two clearly do NOT care about their customers and have no integrity.

We have been experiencing slow drainage in out shower and toilet. My husband used a snake on it and took out some toilet paper and hair. It was better but still draining slow. My husband called A & P Plumbing in the morning and they sent a guy over about 2 hrs later. He used his snake and said he needed to go get another part. He left at about 11:30 and was only here an hour max. He returned at about 6pm and in 30 mins said he couldn't fix it, that he needed to put a camera in the pipes and it would cost $250 plus $99 an hour. If you want good plumbing go elsewhere.
