Called brad let him know what I needed done he asked the necessary questions. Gave me a fair quote, and set a date and time. His professionalism was superb. He showed up on time and installed a light fixture in a spot that didn't previously have one and also installed some light fixtures in places we already had some he knocked all this out in about an hour. UPDATE: Terry reached out to me immediately after I made this post in an attempt to resolve the issue. During our phone call, he was very apologetic and offered to come out to ensure my issue was completely resolved. Terry really went above and beyond during the call. He offered to complete a FREE diagnostic as well as refund the cost I was charged. Terry came out today and made good on his promise. He was pleasant and made sure to explain each step in the diagnostic. Not only was he informative, but Terry also replaced the GFCI outlet (AT NO COST) that was causing the issue. He also made sure to provide some troubleshooting tips if I should ever have these issues again.

When I initially called two weeks ago regarding my electrical issue I immediately asked for an appointment. I was told a technician could come out the next day. I called the day of the appointment to confirm the tech would still be showing up. At that time I was told I didn't have an appointment. The young lady I spoke to said I was being worked in. At no time did I ever ask to be worked into the tech's schedule.
I requested to be given an appointment after noting that I was never told during the initial call that I did not have an appointment. I rescheduled and gave the receptionist multiple days I would be available; however, she seemed rather annoyed and kept attempting to schedule on the two days I told her was not good days for me.
The two techs came out today. They were not here for 10 minutes. They asked about the GCFI button, and I told them there was none inside my home. I also told the receptionist the same. She never told me if there wasn't one in the home there must be one in the garage. The tech followed me into the garage and pushed the button. All of the electrical issues in the patio were resolved.
The tech charged me the trip fee of $50 because he DID NOT do any work. Not five minutes later he rang my doorbell telling me the company stated he had to charge me the service fee. HE LITERALLY PUSHED A BUTTON!!!
This is a total RIP-OFF!! I will never again use Top Notch for any electrical needs. This was not top-notch service. Obviously, the company is concerned more about money than treating customers honestly and fairly.

Exhorbitant prices! Charged a $69 diagnostic fee for spending 5 minutes checking the breaker box. After the breaker box checked out, he then told me it would be $300 to diagnose the problem. I pointed out that the $69 was listed as a diagnostic fee, but he said he was sorry I felt that way, and proceeded to bill me $69 for 5 minutes of checking a breaker box. Shady business practice.

Full transparency, we ended up going with a different company due to needing a same-day appointment, BUT the customer service at Milestone is incredible. Dylan really meant it when he said if you need anything, call back and ask for me. He left something else he was doing to answer when I called back, and he was so friendly and helpful. He wasn't reading off a script, so I felt like I could ask questions and actually have them answered. Very grateful to have had this good experience even in the middle of a plumbing issue!!
