I had React Fast install a water heater and he has done a couple of cleanouts. He is very expensive, plumbing is not cheap, but I recently noticed my water bill was high and on looking back, has been for about 3 months. Many months back, I had a plumber put in the taller toilets in me and my husband's home (now a widow). It was over 3 years ago and I guess over time, the installation got looked at, and we got used toilets with old parts and that was the problem of why the meter was constantly running and my bill high. React Fast, aka Jerry, said without seeing any water leaks anywhere in or around my house, and my house has been totally updated and very well taken care of, said he would charge almost $600. to find the leak, whether it took one hour or all day, then he wanted to start tearing out walls in my house. Again, no dampness, leaks, water anywhere around the meter or in the yard. I called the next day and cancelled and called Bullfrog, the one that Dave Ramsey on the radio recommends. They came right out, looked right away at the toilets, turned the water off on both of them, and the meter stopped running. I needed all the insides of the toilets replaced. I was charged a fraction of the price, the toilets are like new, no more high bills. Bullfrog stated that React Fast or any plumber that tries to rip off people like this should have their license pulled. I will use Bullfrog Plumbing if I ever have any other plumbing issues. React Fast was dishonest, wanted to do many hundreds of dollars of unnecessary things to my home and virtually tear it up, again with no evidence of a leak. Extremely dishonest!! Never use them, or do it at your own risk!!

Mike, the owner, came through after another plumber lied about filing a permit and did a job anyways. Mike pulled permit, emailed it to me then did the job correctly. He was the best part of the month. We are so thankful for him relieving some of our stress! Highly recommend him!

I must say calling a plumber is always a fear , but not with bestex ! They are fast, honest, respectful and understanding. I had a 24 year old water heater that was leaking a ton and they came next day to replace, not only was Chris great in explaining everything he was doing he ensured everything was running well before leaving making the experience feel personal and not that I'm just some customer. The representative on the phone was very understanding and assisted me through the process and the company is very military friendly and went above and beyond ensuring I received the best price by applying a military discount! I can not say how thankful I am for the professionalism and how great the job came out, A+ service in my book!

Call for a/c service and had a really good response from the service tech.
The tech checked my system and found the air handler had a coolant leak
and would need to replace the unit. No problem because the unit did have some age. He filled the unit with coolant and told me he needed to set up and appointment with the Comfort Advisor. The appointment was set up for 3:00pm the same afternoon (5/17/22). At 3:45pm no one showed and no one called. I call Mr. John Cizler who is the comfort advisor, he told me he had no 3:00p appointment scheduled. I really don't think this company is
concerned about customers. I overheard the service tech set up the appointment and confirm the time. A wasted day waiting. Unit still leaks coolant. Called another company for tomorrow morning.

We lost our home of 25 years to a fire in 2017 so we decided to rebuild on our land. This company was referred by home advisor BUT  I do not advise using them at all. First when we called to set up a time to meet at my property to add on to our existing septic system, they left me waiting over an hour. Then we kept calling to see when they could do the job and the wife would never call us back even though she said she promises someone would. This went on for 3 months. Crunch time came and our new house on our property was almost done and waiting on us to complete the septic, so we had another company do it instead. SURPRISE everything got done in just a couple of weeks. That is the way it was supposed to go.  Infinity operatations was extremely unprofessional and were directly responsible  for delaying our move in.   They never did call us back even though they assured us every time we called it was gonna get done.

Dangerous people working for them! Man with face tattoos threatened our lives. Do not use these criminals.

Highway robbers they wanted 315.00 to tape back up the plenum that came loose 1 year and 4 months after they installed it not to mention having to pay 500 hundred dollars for a new coil that failed 1yr and 3 months after install. The re taping of the plenum is a ten minute job. I asked the technician why so expensive he said labor and material. I went and bought a roll of aluminum tape for ten dollars I will do the job myself and never give this company a penny. Forgot to mention that when my coil failed they came out and after 5 minutes determined that I had a leak somewhere and that they would have to charge me another 115.00 on top of the 85.00 service call to go in the attic to look for the leak. Got that straightened out with his boss but I wonder how many people have paid that.
