Chris and Kathy are amazing!  They are true to their time frames and did a fantastic job on our new water heater.   Not many plumbers do what they promise. Tomsett does!

We had an issue with our upstairs Townhouse kitchen sink.  I was abit reluctant to call a professional after having two handymen  check it for us.  The sink was still backing up, draining so slowly.  Drum came out the next day,  wasn't real sure what to expect, however trusted the reviews  I read on line.  Mike came out, very professional, nice man, straightforward and honest.  He explained all he was doing  during the process with his machinery.  He resolved our issue in a timely manner, very good about clean up.  We are Beyond impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism.  I recommend Drum plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs.  These folks are good, honest and reasonable.  I'm so glad I did my research before calling anyone.  Drum Plumbing deserves 10 stars

The plumber was very nice and he had to get quite a bit of grout off the porcelain and floor without damage to either one.  Seems to have solved the problem of intermittent leaking underneath, and the job's guaranteed for a year.  A little pricey, and it's based on a fee for service, rather than an hourly rate.  May be 20% higher than the average going rate, but they do nice work, and they give a 10% veteran's discount.

Overpriced.
$160 for 45 minutes or less.  They were gone for 10-20 minutes of the time.  Replaced a gasket in a toilet.

We called to get a busted pipe fixed. First of all, the young lady that answered the phone was VERY condescending. Second they insisted waiting until Friday to come out because he does not want to get muddy. We had another plumber come out the next day they did the job and wasn't concerned about the condition of the ground. I have never heard a crappier excuse towards not wanting to do a job that's description includes getting dirty. We will not be using them going forward
