Infinity Operations is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Brian and Ciara Almeida. Brian has a lot of knowledge and experience that he brings to their team in and out of the field, while Ciara compliments the administration side of the business with her management experience and masters in business. As a team the Almeida’s offer professionalism, knowledge and experience to all of their Clients, while ensuring clients are 100% satisfied with the service and products Infinity Operations offers.

Infinity Operations is a husband and wife team that has been in business for over 4 years. Brian has been in the utilities business for over 10 years and Ciara graduated from Texas A&M Kingsville with a Masters in Business, so this combination works like well-oiled machine, Safety is our number one priority with a quality outcome at every job, no matter how big or small. Infinity Operations is making a positive impact in South Texas, recently completing work for Kenedy County, Kleberg County, and currently Jim Wells County. Infinity Operations is also HUB & WOSB Certified.

We lost our home of 25 years to a fire in 2017 so we decided to rebuild on our land. This company was referred by home advisor BUT I do not advise using them at all. First when we called to set up a time to meet at my property to add on to our existing septic system, they left me waiting over an hour. Then we kept calling to see when they could do the job and the wife would never call us back even though she said she promises someone would. This went on for 3 months. Crunch time came and our new house on our property was almost done and waiting on us to complete the septic, so we had another company do it instead. SURPRISE everything got done in just a couple of weeks. That is the way it was supposed to go. Infinity operatations was extremely unprofessional and were directly responsible for delaying our move in. They never did call us back even though they assured us every time we called it was gonna get done.
