Very professional, honest and friendly staff.  From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with the service received.  My call was to finish out work that a shoddy contractor and his plumber started and never showed up to finish.  When Gary came out to the call, he was prompt, and easily solved the problem.  Knowledgeable and had all parts on hand.  Would highly recommend!

I called to have them come out and give me a price on a repair. I scheduled a day when I was off, they came the day before. I waited to call until after the appointment in the morning hoping they were going to come on the right day, Nope. When I called they couldn't find my appointment finally did. She said that she or one of the guys would call me back.  I heard from no one. I guess they are doing well enough that they don't need my business. I knew from past experience how this company was but i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh well.
