Best Plumbing Services in Memphis, TN
Henry is a real gem. I highly recommend him for the quality of his work, service and likeable manner. He is reliable, always on time, and a pleasure to work with. I wish I had found him sooner during the set-up of my home in Collierville. Certainly he will be my go-to guy for future improvements/maintenance around my house

Our washing machine and kitchen sink drains were clogged up and they got the problem fixed quick! We have not had any issues since they fixed it. Great job!
They were able to come unclog our pipes pretty quickly considering this happened the same week as Christmas/New Years and there was a snow storm here. They prioritized people with broken pipes and no water but were still able to get to us in a couple of days!
Good service, friendly, efficient, and reasonable pricing!

Otis is friendly, fairly priced, and gets the job done right. He clearly enjoys his job, and does the job with a smile. I originally called to have my main cleared (running water in one bathroom resulted in shower overflow in the other), as I have had this issue several times before (typically every 6-12 months). Every other plumber I have called spends hours doing this, and the whole thing is an ordeal (taking time off work or paying for after hours, etc). Otis worked with me on timing and met me after work without charging extra.
He looked at my issue, and explained that a mains clear out might work, but isnt the real problem, but I probably have a clog on a branch off the main. He ran a snake from inside the house, cleared 3 to 4 clogs in the line, and was done in under an hour. My drains are running clear now, and at half the cost and much less time than other plumbers I have called.
He will be my first call from now on.

This place is great. I've been here several times over the years, and have always found their staff to be helpful and courteous. Anybody who has an old house knows the struggle of something breaking or leaking, and All Rite has had every specialty part that I have needed. Their staff knows what they are talking about and isn't afraid to help out. I have had far better luck here than at any big box store for anything plumbing related, and it always feels good to support a local small business.

They did a great job with my water heater installation. They were flexible to help with picking up the water heater we purchased. We recommend them.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! They don't care about fixing your problem and don't think it's their job to keep you from having them. You'd better hope you don't have any problems with their work because they won't lift a finger to help you.
I had no choice but to use them because my home warranty sent them. My water heater unit began spewing water Sunday morning. I turned off the spigot to the unit and cleaned up the mess. I called for service but, of course, couldn't get anyone until Monday morning. I slept on my living room floor with a garden hose connected to the unit draining out of my open back door and had to wake up every hour or two to make sure I wasn't getting more flooding or having strangers walking into my house.
When they came this morning, I explained more than once that I didn't think the closed spigot was stopping all water flow into the unit and that I was worried that it would continue to fill and have to be continually drained to keep it from flooding again. He said there was no problem, so I put the end of the hose in a bucket and went to work after scheduling the unit to get replaced. When I got back, once again my kitchen and living room carpet were soaked.
I called Best Care to have them send someone over to turn off the main to my house or do something to remove the threat of flooding until the unit could actually be replaced. Even though they were still open, they said everyone had gone home and they wouldn't do anything. They did have the technician who came today call me. He also said they wouldn't do anything and ended up hanging up on me. They seemed amazed that I would expect them, when they were here this morning, to get me to a point where I didn't have to worry about flooding until the unit could be replaced.
Now I'm going to have to sleep in the living room again and monitor the drainage hose and my open back door all night.

This company is very overrated! We had work done by them in July 2016. They rerouted water lines in our home. We had it done in order to get rid of poly lines. They replaced the lines with pecs pipe but neglected to replace the old poly that was in all the connections to fixtures in the house. We had a leak in the line that comes into the house from the meter because they hooked onto the cold water in the wrong place. When we tried to reach Greg Mote he would not answer or respond to our calls. When we finally spoke to the woman in the office she said it was no big deal. It was a big deal to us! We had brand new carpet get wet in a bedroom.
