This is one of my favorite nation wide profesional plumbing supply stores. Carry every special type of PVC and CPVC including reducer bushings.
Just the right amount of tools including Milwaukee, Rigid, Raptor, Crescent, and DeWalt brands.

Have 1 or 1 1/2 PVC 20' lengths
Have 3 PVC for drain work 10' segments.

Will call counter staff is great and very helpful.
Again this is a professional plumbing supply not a regular retail store, so don't expect the same type of prices. Their aim is to have what others don't and provide excellent customer service, which they do every time.

Punctual, fast, professional, competent, and friendly.  Another company said my drain was un-snakeable, and recommended cutting a hole in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom.  I'm so glad I got a second opinion with Coker Plumbing.  They fixed me right up at a very reasonable cost.

I've had several plumbing issues in my older home in recent years. Each time, Jeremy provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work professionally and quickly. I've recommended him to my family and friends, and will continue to call for all my plumbing needs.

Pleased with the service. Very thorough. Returned after the city grudgingly flushed the cleanout. Will continue to call on Faucet Doctor for my plumbing needs.

They're not economy. They're as expensive as the rest of them. However, they did let me pay in installments, which was very helpful and also, they certainly did the job right.

Seriously.... this place runs from a call dispatch center.  You don't actually get to speak with any employees or technicians.  

I had a water heater emergency, a tech came out late hours, drained the tank and gave me an estimate.  Next day I called to make an appointment for a 4:00 - 5:00 window.  I skipped lunch to leave work early... 5:00 passed, 6:00 passed, 7:00 passed, 8:00 passed... I called the center four times and everyone said the tech would call me.  NOPE!  They had every excuse from He's running late to He didn't know he had an appointment.  

The next day I called back and spoke to Derek, who made the appointment for me.  He recalled making the appt. and said he'd have the technician call me.  Tyrone called and said he was so sorry but he had an emergency and:  
He called the office who were supposed to notify me.
I became pretty upset since I wasted my whole day anticipating this appointment and got stiffed and he told me not to take it out on him because it wasn't his fault.  I asked for the name of the individual at the office who was supposed to call me and I'd take it out on that person.  He replied:
They told ME to call you because they don't want to be bothered.  
He offered to show up right away and do the job.  Um, I don't think I'm paying that operation $1,200 for that kind of service.

I called Home Depot and the ball got rolling right away.  I'll have hot water Saturday (because I can't take time off from work during the week) and I anticipate total satisfaction.

Put in a service request 9-4-18 they never called me I had to call and leave voicemail no one still called me back. Jennifer always promised she'd call etc never would. She promised they could come out on Tuesday late evening no show. Then Wednesday late evening so I decided to call and verify. And yet another excuse was their truck broke down she can't have them come out. They were also going to charge me 300$ when insurance deductible is 125$
These people are fraudulent. I will never use again. And I made my warranty aware of the lies they were saying and how much they were trying to charge.

I guess John Henry Supply had to delete and reset their reviews! I know this because I previously left them a great review, and that review has disappeared, along with all others.
They will thank you for your business and then charge a 20% re-stocking fee for their mistake! Their counter person has no field experience and I'd often have go into great detail about items because she didn't know much at all about the industries of plumbing and HVAC/R.
They are basically the sole source of hvac and plumbing supplies for their affiliate hvac company next door. So, if they want to have poor customer service for everyone else... I guess that is their decision.
This 20% on a $550 purchase is roughly $110. Was it worth that to lose my business forever? I guess so!

We have been trying to meet a representative of this company for SEVERAL WEEKS to receive a refund from a significant amount of money that was paid to them.  Even after repeated promises from Paul that we will receive the necessary paperwork or a return call - we have still not  received anything.  He will not provide us with an office phone number,  we sent a representative to meet him in person and he tried to stall -  then he quit answering his phone.  He will not provide our company with tax information and again - he owes us a significant refund.  He has promised us over and over again which is apparently nothing more than a stall tactic, but cannot find the guy or get our refund.  We would never recommend that you do business with this company.

I purchased a newly built home on July 31, 2019. Since then, I've called this company 1-2 times per week to have them to fix the scald gurd so that my shower water will get hot. They have not returned a call. Today, I called tge emergency number, and spoke with Mike. He told me that he could not help me.l, and gave me the corporate number, which was the number I had been calling for a month. Non existent customer service. Headed to the BBB site next.

A/C went out and I diagnosed it was the capacitor, a part you can get from Walmart.com for $17.  

Called Steve Ray at 5:45 pm on a Tuesday and I was thankful he said he could come out and replace it.

20 mins later he was here and working on it. Then he said it would be $275 to fix it!

I already had the cover off the a/c unit, turned off the power to the unit, and removed the old capacitor.  All he did was hook up the 4 wires and put the cover back on!

He was literally working on it for 5 minutes!

$275 for what?!?  I would have been more than happy to pay for his services, but this was ridiculous!

I'm sure this guy knows what he's doing, but it seems he's trying to buy a place in the Bahamas with his rates.

CAll SOMEONE ELSE OR BE PREPARED TO SELL A KIDNEY!
