HISTORY

Established in 1982.
For years we have maintained a client list including not only homeowners but banks and other commercial businesses, cities, schools, non-profits, realtors, property managers, multi-unit complexes, etc. Tim & Janet Mote have lived in Southaven MS since 1975. The company has a home office in Southaven. Their son, Greg Mote, is manager of the entire company. His picture is in the ad in the Impact phone book. He was born & raised in Southaven. We are proud to say most of our customers are referrals.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Greg Mote is a 2001 graduate of Southaven High School & attended Ole Miss business school. He has been managing our company since. He has a very loyal following and an excellent reputation for being honest, dependable & reasonable. To many he is considered to be an expert in his field. His picture can be found on our 1/2 page plumbing ad in Impact phone book.

Last of a dying breed of honest local plumbers. They get the job done and do NOT double and triple the charge like so many have begun doing. I have used them several times and will not use anyone else!

This company is very overrated! We had work done by them in July 2016. They rerouted water lines in our home. We had it done in order to get rid of poly lines. They replaced the lines with pecs pipe but neglected to replace the old poly that was in all the connections to fixtures in the house. We had a leak in the line that comes into the house from the meter because they hooked onto the cold water in the wrong place. When we tried to reach Greg Mote he would not answer or respond to our calls. When we finally spoke to the woman in the office she said it was no big deal. It was a big deal to us! We had brand new carpet get wet in a bedroom.
