I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service of this company.  My heat was out and I was getting the run around from my home warranty company and the contractor that they assigned.  This company was kind and took care of the issue completely and promptly.  I will definitely use them again!!

Showed up early for a scheduled appointment and worked around countertop installation. Earl was super professional and efficient. Will definitely be our first call for future plumbing needs!

A shoddy install job where the ductwork came loose in the attic about a month after installation, lead to my unit not cooling. The owner come out and did not check the unit inside but only outside. He did not check Freon levels.  From that, he claimed the unit was working and I just needed to turn it down to 70 from where I had it at 75  I told him it was blowing hot air from the vents. It was 82 in the area it was supposed to cool vs the other parts of the house which are serviced by other units. Those units were cooling and not running 24/7. He ignored me and said again. It's working just turn it down to 70. I did what he said for a few days, but it continued to blow hot air. He was very rude and said he would charge me to come out again.  His  son came and looked at the attic unit. He saw immediately what was wrong. The ductwork was completely detached. For almost a week the owner had me running the AC 24/7 when it couldn't cool. He offered no apology and no offer regarding my utility bill. There were also dishonesty issues with regards to the type of filter.  Don't use these guys

Their plumbers are reckless and rude. Two of them in a truck were going recklessly fast down Kirby parkway and almost caused two separate collisions. Then they rolled down their window to mouth-off to one of the cars they almost hit. Their plumbing service is as bad as their driving.

Kudos to the Johnson team.  I had a water leak in the ceiling and they have 24 hour service.  They fixed the leak on Sunday morning.  The leak was not easy to find.  Thanks Joe
