Excellent service. We have used twice for issues with our AC and both times the service was on time and they fixed the problem. One time was an electrical issue and the other time was a coolant leak. They serviced the unit for an affordable price and told us what our long term options were. They also explained some of the problems with our older unit.

Our downstairs toilet stopped being able to flush so we called the plumbers. They ended up plunging the toilet and the hamsters I just got my daughter for her birthday earlier today came up. They were dead but she believes they just went for a swim and were still alive. So she flushed them back down. The toilet began to over flow and there were more hamsters. So we took them out back and shot them. Not going to lie, it was the best food I've had. 10/10 recommend!!

I'm visiting my mother from out of town.  Her garbage disposal went out and I contacted McMullin because of Yelp reviews.  He was happy to do the job, and also said if I wanted to save money I could buy the new unit at Lowe's and have them install it.  For such a simple job they could do just as well as hiring a plumber.  I appreciated his honesty in offering a lower cost option, even though if I did so it would mean he didn't get the job himself.  Very honest.

the guys that came out were very nice and fixed our problems with the drain, toilet and a few other problems. they cleaned up everything they pulled out. very very satisfied with their work.

Very disorganized and overpriced service. I had a problem with my kitchen sink and they were disappointing in all aspects. They showed up 4 hours AFTER the scheduled window of time, essentially wasting 8 hours of my day waiting on them. Their quote was excessively high for the service being provided. The technician was pleasant and did seem competent, but he works for a bad company. Very glad I went with another plumber in the end.

They did offer me free membership in their member's club for showing up so late, but I declined since I will never do business with them again. Save yourself the headache (and a few bucks) and don't deal with this company.

Got an estimate for electrical work on a Saturday evening and was told they could start the work on Monday. I confirmed the start time on Sunday. On Monday they stopped responding to my communication. My insurance company was also unable to reach anyone to review the estimate. I ended up finding another electrician and having to start all over which meant that I went without power for 1.5 weeks.

Stewart came out to give an estimate. Why two trucks came out for that is beyond me.

Their plumbers seemed more interested in selling a membership before addressing the issue. Ultimately I was recommended by another plumber to have the city look at the issue (at no charge). Since, all good.

Either Stewart Plumbing wasn't knowledgeable enough or honest enough to recommend calling the city for the service.

A plumbing membership??

After the deep freeze I had a broken pipe and called Draingo in Brighton. I was put on the schedule for late that same day. When no one showed up I called and left a very nice (literally) message. I received a call the next morning just before 8am. They said they tried to call my 615 number and had no answer. I have NO 615 NUMBER! She advised it would possibly be the next day. I told them I would find another plumber. Office staff should have their act together. My caller ID is 901 and she read back the number on the original call. Shame on them. They may be good but not for us in a pinch! The real kicker is we live less than a 1/4 mile from their office/yard.

Used this company to install a dishwasher I purchased on my own.  Same brand as my existing dishwasher.  It cost $242 and an hour and 45 minutes to install it.  The two technicians seemed inexperienced and worked very slowly.  Prior to getting the dishwasher installed a local appliance store had quoted me $135 to install this exact dishwasher so I know that this was an inflated charge.  When I called the manager about why it took so long and cost so much, she said I should just use another company in the future.  

Terrible service and inexperienced costly technicians.

An actual scam artist. Takes money, does no work, dodges calls, never returns, etc. Like, an actual 100% true scam. Do not pay these people a dime. Should be sued for fraud and forced to close their business. Apparently, we are just one of many victims: doing a little research, they are known for lying and stealing and not completing (or even starting) projects. Just hoodwinks you, takes your money, and vanishes.

Looks like my initial review of this outfit has been removed from their listing.

They were subcontracted through Lowes to install our dishwasher. The technician watched a YouTube video while at our home. He then broke our garbage disposal and blew out one of our sockets. He left a huge mess and ultimately didn't install the dishwasher.
