Best Businesses in Oklahoma
We have worked with a a handful of contractors (big and small companies) in the last few years and none of them can compare to Scott and his team. Scott was professional, reliable, had excellent communication, and his workmanship was outstanding. Our experience from meeting him for the bid to the final walk through was amazing. Most important- our bathroom looks amazing! Hope this crew and their families enjoy their holiday season... because we can't wait to schedule more work with them in the new year!

Chris Henslee is the best man I've ever known for the work he does: Plumbing/Heat/Air. Honest, and thorough. He's been my go-to guy for more than 10 years, and I've never been disappointed.

Great service. Easy to schedule, given a heads up before the folks arrive. Both plumbers were extremely professional, were able to take care of a list of things needed in our home, and charged a fair price for time and labor. Have already used a second time and will do so in the future.

The iPlumb crew were very professional and did their research including testing hardness before installing our water softener. They were very careful with our house and made sure that any access they had to cut could easily be repaired and they cleaned up afterward.

Jerry wasn't able to help me on a sewer drain clean out. But, he took the time to give me a good recommendation and things to watch for. Much appreciated even if he couldn't do the work.

I thought they were great. Friendly & polite, got the job done. Very pleased with their work.

So far so good, I called HOME ADVISOR to get a plumber and Don at Dons Plumbing immediately called me and gave me a firm estimate, based on worst case scenario, for the following repairs and all parts (except I provide new toilets):
1-Remove and haul away two toilets
2-Install two new toilets and provide all new parts
3-Fix broken in wall shower faucet, including drywall repair, texture, paint, and provide all new required parts
4-Fix angle of shower head, (too high)
$525 estimate and was available to start work in less than a week. I will leave another review update when job is complete.

I just have to vent for a moment... I will never use Mullin Plumbing again. They came out to fix a clogged kitchen sink and charged me $691 (a job I have had done 2 other times for less than $300). The two most incompetent plumbers I have ever seen left a horrible mess under the sink and all over my white slate tile, broke our shovel and said they would bring another one but didn't; and worst of all ran over my dog, who we later had to put down. I've called the company 3 times and have left a message with the supervisor who has not had the decency to call me back.

We paid for new lateral lines with Kerry and All Good Plumbjng. They were installed incorrectly and failed before the 1 year warranty was up. Owner, Kerry, promised to refund our money as we were forced to find someone else to solve the problem for us. The Plumbing Board even discusses this with Kerry and he promised them he would take care of it. He never did. We were out over $2000. There's nothing good about this company or the owner.

If I could give zero stars I would. So Good Old Days Plumbing came highly recommended by a family member who had used them several times.
I called on September 27, 2019 and was told by the answering service they were at an emergency and would be able to contact me on Monday, the 30th. That was fine as I was not in a hurry. Early Monday morning the owner called me and we set an appointment for 10 AM on Friday, the 4th.
On the 4th no-one showed up at 10 AM. At 1030 I called the company and was told they were running late because of an emergency. I waited and called back at 1210 and was told they would send my message to them.
At 130 I called the owner's cell number, the one he called me from on Monday the 4th. No answer so I left a voice mail asking for a return call. None received.
At 254 I called the company number, got the answering service who told me they were to hold all calls that day. My question then was, are they working today
as all calls have gone unanswered. I was again told no calls were sent to the company as they were instructed to hold all calls.
At 416 I called the owner again. By now I just want to talk to someone about why they think they can waste my day. No answer and they never return my call. At 420 I made my last call to the company number, answering service stated they had not heard from the plumber all day.
Seems they decided to take the day off and screw their potential customers.
I thought I would receive a call on Monday the 7th, but alas, no such luck. So at 210 on the 7th I called, got the answering service and asked for a return call about a missed appointment. None received.
I waited until the business closed before deciding to write this review. If they had returned my call on the 7th I would have still used them because of the recommendation and because who knows what caused the Friday missed appointment. However, how can a company just ignore an appointment and ignore a requested call back. I was upset but I don't get upset that I yell and scream. Life is too short to give strangers that much control over your life.
My suggestion, if you need a plumber go elsewhere. Good Old Days Plumbing is not reliable, nor ethical in their customer dealings. I sure don't remember companies from the Good Old Days treating people like this.

FAST, PROFESSIONAL & AND KIND.
Issue: Water back up in all three showers and the main bathroom toilet was also backed up. Sewage was coming up through the shower drain when you flush!!!
Solution: they snaked the plumbing from the outside. When the plumber did this, he learned that the problem was a clog caused by flushed tampons. Snaked it and Problem solved.
Their Expertise: He shared with me that my toilets could have better water flow if I poured solution into the tank to help break up mineral build up in the toilet. He shared valuable information about what I can do to save myself money in the future. Nice fellow.
-VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Had a plumbing emergency at 4:15 today. The only people who had somebody to come out was Legacy, even though he wouldn't have gotten here til around 6. He arrived at 6:40 and he, together with Jade, got me up and running in an hour and a half. And the best part???? The price was unbelievably reasonable, especially given it was after 5:00. They not only have our business forever, but I will very happily pass their name along to my neighbors! Thanks, guys!!!

I called Whitehead Plumbing because our front porch hose had a slow leak. The plumber had to access the pipe through the indoor side of the wall, not the outside. So he cut thru the indoor wall and made a small welding repair to the pipe. Easy job, seemed to be done well. Two days later, there was a small *flood* where the welding repair has failed and two small sprays of water were coming right out of it. The welded area is a different color (more silvery) than the pipe, so it was easy to see that the sprays of water were coming directly out of the welded area. Ok, anybody can make a mistake, right? Nobody reading this review has done everything perfectly in their whole life. I wasn't mad, just needed the problem fixed. I called Whitehead Plumbing expecting to be helped with their faulty weld. A rude lady informed me that since the flooding could be the fault of *our* pipes, we might have to pay a service charge for the visit and pay for the repair. I described how the leaks were spraying straight out of the welded area (I have pics). I asked if the plumber could just come back and verify that it was his weld that was leaking. Again, she said it would be a service fee even to just come look if it was our pipes' fault! We've lived here 20 years, and 2 days after their weld, we have a leak and a small flood *exactly* where they welded, and they deny that it even might be their fault? All she wanted to talk about was money, not my flooding house. They absolutely refused to come back out to even just take a quick look at it without me being forced to agree that I might have to pay a service fee for their visit. I said I'd take them to small claims court if they charged me for just looking at their leak and the lady *laughed* said, Oh, you'll pay! I could hear her boss laughing in the background. She kept saying that I was not listening to her. But I was listening just fine; I simply did could not agree with her that it could be my pipe's fault.Thankfully, the plumber who came out in the first place called us directly and said he'd come take a look at his work and wouldn't charge us just to look. Then he agreed it wasn't right and fixed it for us with no charge. Fixing the leak should have been a simple, easy thing but Whitehead turned it into this huge, huge power struggle. Very unprofession, dishonest, and sad. I hope nobody uses them. Take this as a warning.
