Our sewer line backed up. We had another company run a camera, and the line was apparently crushed, likely due to some utility work. I called many different plumbing companies. Some didn't call back. Others stood me up. And a few gave me ridiculously high bids. Just before I was about to go with a company I wasn't 100% comfortable using, I called Truel's. From the first call, we had a professional experience. People called and showed up when they said they would. The quote was a fifth of that ridiculously high bid. They didn't insist on charging us to have the camera run again like other companies, and they could get our project done in a reasonable timeframe. The plumbers knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the broken piece of pipe in less than three hours. They were so courteous that they asked if they could park in the driveway and asked if it was okay to turn the water off. I dreaded this home repair and was so worried about getting ripped off. But Truel's made the whole process easy. Thank you!

I've been knowing the owner of the company for a while now, anytime I have any issues with plumbing they are the first person I call. I've never had any issues with them overcharging me or being dishonest about how much work I need for my job.

Let the jackhammering commence!
We had a drain pipe leak under the slab in our kitchen/dining room. I called Dave after receiving an estimate from our normal plumbing company and was very happy to hear his quote. Pipe Down tends to be less expensive than other plumbing companies because pipe repair is all they do. Plus, they are good at it.
The crew showed up early on the scheduled repair day, and Dave was with them for the majority of the time. The repair required a jackhammer, and we were happy to find out the only busted pipe was the Y joining the kitchen and laundry room drains. The repair itself only took an hour, but they were there for an additional two hours flushing our drains that had clogged further down the line. They filled the hole with rough concrete (they do not do finished concrete work, so don't expect to be able to immediately replace your flooring) and cleaned the mess they made during their work.
Throughout the process, Dave was helpful and professional; he also referred us to a service that left dehumidifiers in our house because the leak had breached our air ducts. Pipe Down is a good bunch of people and I recommend them to anyone.

We are giving this company a one star only because the lady that answers the phone was kind and helpful. The plumbers were dismissive, uncommunicative and spoke to us with disrespect. They were supposed to show up on a Friday afternoon and never did. They never called with an explanation. They just didn't show up in an emergency situation. The water ran all weekend. When we called them on a Monday they were defensive and never offered an apology for not showing up. They were going to charge us an astronomical amount. We then called another plumber who immediately came and turned off the water. They were kind and charged us half the amount.

I called with a hot water tank issue and they called and came when they said they would. They didn't try to sell extra parts to me. They seem to be very honest. Robert was very pleasant. His work was clean and fast.

We had a leaking hot water heater on a Sunday and needed a plumber as soon as possible. Out of all the ones we called, emailed and sent requests to, Anyhour Plumbing responded the quickest. Honest, fair and we highly recommend them. Paul took care of our issue and gave us some recommendations on our hot water needs. Will use them again!

Extremely overpriced and dishonest! I was told the 65-gallon gas hot water tank was no longer available and agreed to a 75-gallon replacement. The quote was for $4800. For that price, I was expecting a very high-quality hot water tank. I should not have agreed to the price and done more research. After installation, I researched the tank I received and found it for $1750! Even with a 50% markup on their material, this is astronomical for parts and labor. I called the owner and the office manager said he wasn't available. Office Manager said she would check into it and never heard back from anyone. Integrity and ethics seem to be lacking in this company. If you decide to use this company, I suggest doing your homework and getting a few bids before agreeing to use them. Ask for an itemized quote including material and labor. There are a lot more reputable and affordable plumbing companies out there. I strongly recommend not using this company.

I am not sure why only the bad reviews are being shown. I used them in a pinch and they were super helpful. I heard they are under new ownership so maybe that is part of it. Trenton came out and found a leak that two other companies missed. This will def be my go to plumbing company!!

The technician from this company came out to my house on May 18th to service the outside AC unit. He hooked up the testers to the unit to determine levels of Freon. He said the levels were low and it would be expensive to replace. I went on to tell him that there was no air coming into the house so that prompted him to look at the furnace inside the garage. He said the motor was burned out and needed to be replaced. He said that would be expensive too. He then said he needed to talk to his people to see what they could work out for me. He later came back and said they could add the Freon for $160 + $98 for an additional pound of Freon and the motor part for the furnace would cost $768. That cost was just for the part and he said all he did was look up up the model and serial # of the furnance and that was the cost for that part. I told him no thanks and that I needed to get a second opinion. After he left I googled the part and it it only cost $96 and I could buy it from Lowe's or Home Depot. This company tried to charge me $768 for a part that only cost $96 in the store. Crooked and dishonest. Long story short I called another company and he replaced the motor and capacitor along with the labor for a total of $480. I cannot recommend Hill & Co.
