I was referred to Jean's by another plumbing company for a leak in my kitchen. This was the fifth company contacted; all other plumbers were busy for days-weeks. Jean's made an appointment for the same day and came out approximately two hours later. I was shown the problem, a small hole in a piece of pipe for the icemaker line. I was quoted a price before work began and it was very fair. Less than an hour later the pipe was repaired. My husband and I recommend Jean's without hesitation!

I manage a number of rentals and Randy has always been veey quick to respond to my needs and been very thourough!
Of all the plumbers Imhave used overnthe years he's the only one to explain what my options are for the repairs and he always educates me about what he's doing!
I wish all plumbers and contractors worked like Randy!

This is our third time dealing with Cactus Plumbing and they've earned our future business. They've been prompt and pleasant to deal with each time we've had to call them out, and they really went above and beyond when an earthquake damaged our well, just two weeks after they'd pulled our dying well pump and replaced it with a new set up.  A+

I called early this morning due to an overnight frozen/burst pipe in my attic & small flood in my house. Ryan answered my call with cheerful professionalism but also concern for my problems, which was just what I needed in my distress. He said he would have a technician to my house within the hour and he did! Eric & Bubba were the best. They analyzed the issues, explained their game plan to me, went for parts & finished the work quickly - definitely made my bad day a little better!

My house started flooding, Maximum plumbing came within a few hours to save the day, without costing me and arm and a leg!  They were fairly quick, friendly, and you could tell he knew what he was doing.

Jake is amazing. Very fast and courteous. Needed a line replaced in my backyard and he did that and threw in additional clean outs in one day and for a very reasonable price! He's my go to plumber from now on.

They're fast, efficient, and they do great work. I couldn't be more happy with how well my faucets look and work better than my old ones! Nice guys that definitely know their business.

Second time we've use this plumbing company. 1st time for a hot water tank replacement. This time for some leaking vanity faucets (3), and toilets (2).

Came at the agreed time, actually called ahead early and showed up early...Fixed everything and was here just a little over 1 hour...Reasonably priced...Will be the one I call next time we need a plumber for sure...

I would HIGHLY recommend this company!  I have used them to design and install my entire heat and air system and complete the plumbing, in a metal home that has had some unique challenges.  Words truely cannot express what a blessing the owner and employees have been to me.  When you call you will reach the owner who will immediately treat you like family.   They know their stuff and will openly discuss with you your options and will identify areas that will save you money, not just on the front end, but long-term as they intend to take care of you for the long haul.  I am building this home on my own, without the benefit of my most trusted advisor -- Lifetime was a genuine blessing to me as they were HONEST and treated me like a friend when I really needed one.  10 stars!!

Disappointed...they did the install for the my new water heater.  He forgot to secure the venting on top and it slide down to the tank.  After the Carbon monoxide detectors went off the fire department traced the problem to this new install.  

I gave them a 2nd star, for being apologetic and coming out Monday morning (no weekend hours) and correcting the mistake.  After that visit I realized they had knocked the furnace condensation piping out of place, which would cause problems.  

I don't doubt their knowledge, just a little to hasty in trying to get the job done.

3rd time we have used Edmond Plumbing for service issues.  This time it was a toilet bolt / flange issue.

They have great communication, arrive on time, come in and make an assessment and do what they say they'll do, and even a little more.

The flange was broken and whomever originally put it in did not grout and support it like they should have.  Mark addressed the issues with his apprentice and were in and out in about 90 minutes at a reasonable price.  We will use them again and recommend them.

Have known the owner for years.  Never hesitate to contact him when plumbing issues arrive, especially the major ones.  Plumbing issues cost, yet I don't mind paying when I know it'll be done right and can reach them if a return visit is warranted.  I have and will continue to refer him when asked for recommendations.

Honest, ethical, hardworking and excellent work. Everyone was exceptional including Buddy, the individuals doing the work and the office staff that followed up to make sure we were happy! We had several issues and they did exactly what they proposed with no surprise expenses. We are most thankful for how we were taken care of, the time they took to walk us through the challenges and the quality of worked performed!! Highly recommend!

Saved me several thousands of dollars. Cleaned out my sewer lines when two other companies told me sewer lines would need to be replaced. Responded within several hours when I couldn't get a call back for weeks from other companies. Wish they had been my first call, would have saved me another $600 I was out with the other companies. Great job and would highly recommend.

Beware of their contract!!! They act like that their contract will save you lots but it actually is more of a headache than any sane person should face. Canceling the contract should be as easy as calling then receiving the canceling form but not with this company they give you the runaround for months saying that they mailed it, before finally emailing you but instead of doing what a normal company does they send the email without any subject so it goes directly into the spam, plus you can't find it in your email since their email address is not @ true tech. So, again I say beware of the contract.
Additionally, their services are higher so shop around even if it is an emergency, i.e. no water, no heat, no cool air!

I waited 3 weeks with no water when he said on first call 4 days. Called and called and it was always another 3-4 days out or he was having trouble finding parts or his truck was broken or some other excuse. Other plumber had my water going in less than 1 hrs. Sorely disappointed.
