Heartland Plumbing is a terrific company. Friendly and knowledgeable. They came out and fixed my sewer for a fraction of the price some of there competition quoted me. Tim and his helper  were very courteous and very polite. They did an excellent job explaining what my sewer issue was and how it was to be remedied. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing work done in the OKC area.

Finally, a great plumber. Super friendly, offered an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation, and kept me informed the day of. Had my problem fixed in minutes, for a very fair rate. So glad to have found them.

I had a great experience with Walkers plumbing. They were very kind and explained any possible issues with my discretion of the problem. Thankfully they were able to fix my problem without a huge ordeal. They have always come out in a timely manner and are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Walker plumbing to anyone.

My pipes in bathroom sprang a leak and leaking through the wall of my closet and flooding into the bedroom out into the hallway. I called Dense and they quickly had someone come out and take care of this for me. They were quick and efficient.
I would recommend them to everyone!!

Update to previous 1 star review,  I was contacted by the company,  they scheduled for the original day I had taken off work to be home,  and fixed the issue,  replacing entire spigot at no extra cost.

I'm giving three stars because they did respond to a email; but when they came out to give an estimate it's $125 just to get them to come,then you get a huge price for a little job .I'm not impressed!
I could see if maybe they drove 30 or 40 miles to get here, but in this case it's only 6 miles from my location!  Ridiculous!

Highly recommend this great company! The scheduling was super easy. I've tried hiring plumbers in the past, but it would take several hours for them to even respond. Ryan's wife does his scheduling so the communication is fairly quick. He was able to come out the same day and assess the situation. Our tankless water heater kept shutting off. He said that it needed a new pipe for ventilation, and he was able to come back to have it switched over to the new PVC pipe within a day or so. It's been a few weeks now, and we have not had any problems with it. The hot water is working great! We will continue to use Ryan for any future services, as well.

I called Mr. Hill for a specific problem. He gave me what it sounds like very good advice. And did not think he needed to come out. I would recommend him for his honesty and knowledge of Plumbing. And I plan to use him the next time I need a plumber for anything.

Hello, my friends. So this week I had to call a plumber to come unclog a main drain at my house. I had used Magic Plumbing the last time this happened (a year ago, actually). Like then, so this time Magic Plumbing arrived in timely fashion and had the clog out very quickly. Job well done (and *very* reasonably priced). But wait! There's more. Later that night I noticed that my water heater was dripping enough to make me think there was a problem. I called (after hours) and Rod called me back. He gave me some tips on what to check. I followed his instructions and I found where the water was coming from. I called him back to tell him what I found, and he diagnosed it over the phone and told me how to fix it myself! Now, I am generally a DIY'er, so I was quite pleased with that. Here's the thing: he didn't make anything up, he was confident that I could actually take care of the problem, and he offered to come fix it in the event that I am not able to. This guy is not only a plumbing pro, he is a very nice person who, it seems, genuinely wants to help people without gouging them for cash. They pretty much had my business with reasonable prices, but because of their excellence in customer service (esp. Rod who was very patient with me), they now have my loyalty. I'll be calling them with all the plumbing needs I have in the future (when I can't do it myself).

I highly recommend Magic Plumbing. Ask for Rod or Tyler. Those guys are great.

Prompt, courteous, and professional. Got me in for an appointment the next day. Called with a ten minute window for appointment (no waiting around all day). Fixed the issue with the least invasive solution and didn't leave a mess behind. 100% would recommend and will use in the future.

I called for service and was very pleased with the quick response. The receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and the technician showed up within the determined time.  Excellent customer service and a prompt response. I would definitely recommend them.

Last Saturday it was very apparent that there was a leak in the wall between my laundry and bathroom....sheet rock was wet. Did some calling around, most plumbers couldn't come out for 4 days. Called All Care who was referred by Midwest Pump and Supply. Talked to Justin Gentry about 12:30, he said he was on another leak and could be at my house by 2:30. He got to my house about 1:45. Assessed the situation, got to work, found the pin hole leak, repaired it and about an hour later he was done. Quick, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend this young man who is also a local pastor!

We were referred to Matt Morgan Plumbing by a friend who highly recommended him.  Our experience was exceptional..
1.  timely, he made the appointment and was at the project right on time
2. Professionalism, he operates with the knowledge that every client that is pleased will tell another potential client.  
3  He fixed our problem in a short period of time and his cost were certainly fair.

They came out to look at the leak in my kitchen sink and only turned on the water and said there wasn't a leak. Now months later I had another plumber come out because there is a leak and has been that ruined my kitchen floor and cabinet. :(

Not good is an understatement!  first off, when nate Nathan Mason came to my home he did not complete the repair on my humidifier line. it was leaking.   The day of the repair he recommended I use his own company to replace my wet drywall before mold I did so!  and he did not complete that repair either!   And left a big hole in the ceiling. he also tried and fixed a drain the written invoice, which I have a copy stated he charged me 100 dollars for a job he was not authorized to do!   As the plumber, Shelby, did not give him permission.  and that DOES have to do with Backwoods Plumbing!  Because Nathan Mason works for Backwoods plumbing as well as TBR handyman Service(DO NOT USE THEM!!!!)   Partaining now to the BW company.   Then the drain leaked. and Back Woods Plumbing tech Shelby(don't recall first name) promised to come out the following day after I called on Sunday(he promised to come out today monday 1/17)-for the drain LEAK in the hot water supply to the washer and the humidfier solenoid which was not sealed properly and also leaked!  he then said he didn't have the time!   I waited all day. and yes indeed I can understand if you are on another job you cannot get it done and said ok  but inspite of that,  Shelby was immediately rude to me on the phone started on accusing me of things that Nathan had said to him I did not do!  Started talking about things I said and did concering nate his technician ha! technician what a laugh! what area of expertise! manipulaton via misalighend speechcraft! (the art of lying through one's teeth!) I did nothing! he overreacted!    I merely protested with Nathan about refusing to complete the repair when he returned. he made me wait a week and only to deny he was responsible. I was a bit upset as any customer has the right to, and I protested that is all! I wanted the job I had already paid 800 dollars for completed. I guess customers are always wrong with these people!  they accuse customers and bistandars, and deny everything they say or do!  With Nathan I waited a whole week! called him several times!   The other plumber  Shelby started on me with accusatoins and was mad even though I did nothing it was uncalled for!   appearently Nathan had made false accusatoins to his boss!  and the boss Shelby started getting uppity and hostile with ME on the phone. when I called merely asking when he was going to get here today to make the repair correcton. as it was already nearly 5 when I called he never arrived!  claiming he reacehd out to me when he did not! I reached out to him and he never answered. the plumbers are also uncomunicative. make false accusations! deny things they do and claim I say and do things I do not!  I call them several times on several jobs and they never call back. the make false accusations and treat us customers as if we live in Russia as the oppressed or under the German Gestopo and have no rights!

Jeff came out promptly, was very polite and professional and seemed very honest: he had already come out once for the same problem but it didn't fix our leak permanently, so on the second time he deducted the cost from the first visit. I would definitely use J&A again.

Addendum: Since my first review we set an appointment time to have J&A come out again to fix a different leak. My husband waited and no one ever showed up. He called and left a message to find out what was happening, but still no one ever showed up or bothered to call and reschedule.
