I have been working exclusively with Troy, Ashley, and the team at Efficient Electric for several years. They did everything from update the entire electrical wiring in my house, to upgrading the electrical panels, to hanging ceiling fans, installing video doorbells, and bathroom fans. There is no one else I would trust for any electrical related issues in the Columbus area other than Efficient Electric.

Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her. Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

We have used May Electric multiple times since we moved into our house. John the owner goes above and beyond for his customers. He is easy to get a hold of and his prices are completely fair. I have also met at least 3 of his employees and they are kind and hard working. This company actually cares about its customers and it shows in their work.
The first project May Electric did was dig a trench in our backyard to run electric from our house to our detached garage. They installed two outlets, one light switch, and a fluorescent outdoor light. I was so thrilled with how everything was done that day.
I then had May Electric install an outdoor outlet on the back of our house. I even requested one that had 4 outlet specifically. I guess they do not typically have those on hand. So they made sure they had one on hand when they did the job. I am so happy with my special request and how it looks / functions.
Inside the house they have fixed an outlet that was not getting electricity to it and a light fixture that was not getting electricity to it. And yes, we live in an old house. I have found it necessary to have a good electrician that we can call. John and May Electric are just that. They are reliable, fair priced, efficient, and knowledgeable.
In fact just the other day when it was 12* outside, our electricity went out in our house and it was not on AEP's end. We reached out to John and within hours he sent Eric to check it out. He didn't want us to go through the night with no electricity. That is the kind of amazing service and compassion John has for his customers.
We would be lost without John and May Electric. If you are looking for a trust worthy and reliable electrician please consider giving John a call or a text.

Had called several other companies without an answer. They called back within 15 minutes and were at my home a few hours later. Very professional and the pricing was definitely fair. They were done within 30 minutes and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.

I went down to my basement this morning and water was coming out of the ceiling. I called 25th hour and they had someone out in about 40 minutes. The first place I called offered an appointment tomorrow afternoon. I would have floated away by then. The guy who came out was able to find the issue fairly quickly. He explained it to me thoroughly in case it happens again. He was also very polite and personable.

Nick is courteous and efficient. When we bought our house, there were electric lines running over the drywall in plastic arms running to the light switch. It looked tacky so Crafty Electric buried them in the wall for us. When he got in there, Nick saw that when the ceiling fan was installed it wasn't done to code, so he fixed that for us too. If you have questions, he will explain things in a way that you can understand even if you aren't an electrician. We would definitely hire him again.

Called Exact about converting my hot tub from 110 to 220, less than a week ago and today Mark and Steve came out to do the work, they were both very professional and knowledgeable I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Prices are competitive with other BIG name companies, but this is a small business and I am all for helping small businesses grow.

I have used Buckeye twice and they were on time on both occasions. They are very up front about costs and completed the work quickly and of high quality! I just reached out to the for a 3rd project! Definitely recommend!

We live in an older Clintonville house and one of our breakers was constantly tripping because most of the house was mysteriously on it. When we wanted to put a freezer in the basement we knew we would have to get something done in order to support it and not overload our circuits.
So they initially said from our conversation that it would be a relatively inexpensive fix. Once they came to the house (on time!!!! with a phone call first!) they said we were looking at something more extensive to really fix the problem. We thought about just having them to a quick fix but this has been an ongoing problem and we decided to just fix it once and for all. So several hours and $500 later we have four new breakers and hopefully will stop blowing the same fuse over and over.
This would be a four star review except the next morning when I went to make coffee I realized the outlet was dead. This was one of the outlets that was being connected to a new breaker and I guess it got missed somehow. However, they said they could get someone here first thing in the morning the next day and hopefully that will be fixed.
UPDATE: I changed from 3 stars to 2 because they came back to fix my broken outlet this morning....and then said it was unrelated and charged me $64 to replace an outlet. Really? I would think it would be worth it to keep a customer happy to just replace the outlet. They acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me more! It just really turned me off and took me from willing to do business with them again to unwilling to call them again.

The company got back to me quite promptly. As they were a local company I did want to consider them. They came out within a couple of days for what was an elective upgrade in our panel. They seem to be quite knowledgeable and explain things in detail. They wanted to take a couple of days to get the quote together but we never heard another word from them. I can't therefore speak to there value/price as we didn't get that far. As I have a strict rule that I do not pursue people getting quotes to me, that was where it was left

Recently bought a house that needed some electric work. Had Survivor come out check for any safety issues and get the place grounded. They are fast, efficient, and personable.

I took a chance with this company even though there were no reviews for me to compare and I want to say that I am pleased with the work they completed. I was later informed that today was their first day advertising on yelp, so hey I took a chance and it worked out perfectly. They replaced my 100amp breaker panel with a 200 amp service they were informative, polite, and respectful and $250 cheaper than everyone else!!! Great job guys and you definitely made not only a customer but a friend

Here's an exact copy of the estimate they sent me after their visit, through the mail:
This was a big waste of time. Drove all the way to Delaware the lady walked me through the whole upstairs in this big house that had four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a loft. She was showing me where she's going to have heated flooring put in under the wood flooring and where she was going to have thermostats in each room. When I asked her for the electrical specifications she said she doesn't know and hasn't even had a floor guy come out yet. I told her that I need the specifications before I can even give her a price she said she will call us back once she gets all of that. If we do go back I would suggest telling her there will be an assessment fee of $89.95 minimum.
If you want certain information from a customer, then you should ask for them to gather it together before you come out.
Don't send your potential customers rude letters in the mail if you want their business.
I agree with the first sentence, his visit was a complete waste of time.
I definitely won't be calling them back, $89.95 or not; I don't need to pay to be insulted, it comes free.

I found Quality Electric on Angies list. Their address was close to my home so I called and made an appointment. A tech named David H. arrived at my home at the appointed time. I told him my electrical problem, however he could not work on it that day, and I would need to call and make another appointment. I asked him about what this was going to cost me, he said... For coming out today it is $185.00. (he did nothing but show up), and when he comes out on the next appointment, it will cost $185.00, plus about $200.00 to $250.00 to do the work. When I made the appointment on the phone, there was no mention of the $185.00 cost, or I would have said to forget it. Obviously, I do not recommend using this company for anything. I feel like I have been scammed.
