We specialize in all types and sizes of commercial, industrial and residential projects--with solutions including value engineering, new construction, remodels and additions, design/build, lighting control, 24-hour emergency service, and more. We're a family-owned company with a third-generation president who isn't just a businessman but an electrician by trade, and with employees who aren't just a number but an important part of our family. After seeing negative reviews I was skeptical but the services were being paid by a home warranty company so I really had no choice. However, the experience was great! Tech showed up promptly at 7AM, fixed all the little issues quickly and confidently, always wore the little booties (even though I said he didn't need to as my dogs track in much more) and then did an add on job I paid for installing a new light fixture exactly as I wanted it for $87. I couldn't be happier.

DO NOT USE THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY!!!!!!
To install ONE outlet, they want $477.95
Converse Electric wants $37 for an outlet (actual cost for this item is $0.068)
Converse wants $17 for a plastic outlet cover (actual cost $0.63)
Converse wants $73 for a plastic work box ( actual cost $0.79)
Plus $261 to run the wire less than 3 feet and another $89.95 just to show up. $477.95 for one outlet. 7 other companies have bid this for me and the HIGHEST price was $163. This is atrocious and insulting. I was so baffled by the numbers, I contacted their office just to make sure everything was written up correctly. Emily so rudely notified me that the prices were correct and included labor. PURE CRAZINESS! Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's an exact copy of the estimate they sent me after their visit, through the mail:

This was a big waste of time. Drove all the way to Delaware the lady walked me through the whole upstairs in this big house that had four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a loft. She was showing me where she's going to have heated flooring put in under the wood flooring and where she was going to have thermostats in each room. When I asked her for the electrical specifications she said she doesn't know and hasn't even had a floor guy come out yet. I told her that I need the specifications before I can even give her a price she said she will call us back once she gets all of that. If we do go back I would suggest telling her there will be an assessment fee of $89.95 minimum.

If you want certain information from a customer, then you should ask for them to gather it together before you come out.

Don't send your potential customers rude letters in the mail if you want their business.

I agree with the first sentence, his visit was a complete waste of time.

I definitely won't be calling them back, $89.95 or not; I don't need to pay to be insulted, it comes free.

I would give '0' star if I had option. They are ok if sent by home warranty but if being called on your own request, then they are terrible. I called them to fix outlets and the older guy who came in broke the outlets that were working. After breaking he said there is no power when apparently there was power that morning which I can see in my camera. He left property and the business owner called and said it's on my own now. Fraudulent Company..
