HISTORY

Established in 1979.
Our company goes back 60 years where it first emerged in 1959 as Holder plumbing- a small business that focused on residential new construction and repair. In 1999 the company was purchased by Butch Pendergrass, who in the industry since 1979 proudly added the Pendergrass name to it. We proudly employ licensed plumbing professionals with vast experience. Our main focuses are client service and exceptional performance.

Two guys from Pendergrass came out to look at a dishwasher problem. While they were here they noticed a separate heating oil leak. They let me know immediately, talked to me about the problem and tried to see if they could fix it. They did the job they came out for and more. Without them the oil problem could've been much worse.

Totally unprofessional. I researched for an elderly family member and now feel guilty for putting them in touch with this crew. Totally avoid, especially if you are elderly.

I have a more detailed response on their Facebook page and Angie's List. In summary, there was a lack of communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. I spent a lot of time reading reviews of this company and making sure they were reliable. They were ranked one of the best companies and many people had a much better experience than I did. I wish I could say otherwise, but I do not recommend this company and I will never ask for their service again.

We have used Pendergrass & Holder Plumbing for years. They are on time, very professional, and pricing is always fair. The service man was very helpful by showing us our issues and and making the necessary repairs. We are very pleased.
