Wow. There is a slogan called Running to the car that was coined by Les Schwab Tires in Washington. They are the top selling tire seller in Washington and they are known for their employees literally running to the car for every customer - so every customer feels important. Corey Huckaby represents this very well - as he went above and beyond to fix a plumbing issue at a rental property I have in North Las Vegas. Incredible plumber and person. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Alex & Resolution Plumbing. He was able to help us same day which is hard to find in LV. He followed Covid precautions and has a very kind & caring attitude.  Alex has the experience behind him. With his suggestions to our homeowner's insurance/remediation company we were able to have a new hot water heater installed much sooner than they originally were recommending. I had the hot water line break and called many companies for quotes. Yes they responded and one was lower. However, for Franklin Kea what made me go with him was his customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions. It wasn't a call center it was his cell phone. He would answer right away or text me right away and being at work 12-14hours for me was very helpful.
My house was old and needed a pipe reroute and his explanation helped me to see he was being honest.
His guys were awesome and great work ethic. They never stopped on this huge project. In the end it came down to cost and Franklin was amazing and matched it. He did some other repairs he saw. TRULY TRULY BLESSED that I came upon his company on thumbtack and took a chance.

So if your thinking about a plumbing company I strongly recommend KEA plumbing and contractors.
