Had a great experience with Bumble Breeze (formerly Vegas Strong Plumbing) today. Rylie and Jacob showed up early and quickly resolved my clogged kitchen sink and had time to also install a drain pan under my water heater. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional the entire time!  Great value in pricing as well!  
About an hour later, Wesley arrived to do my spring AC tune-up and discovered an issue that could have destroyed my AC. So thankful for his knowledge and expertise. He, too, was personable and professional and resolved the issue in fast order. I feel well taken care of by this service company and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks, guys!  You all were awesome.

Honest, reliable and does a GREAT job! We were replacing a kitchen sink and faucet and Pipe Dreams was our third bid. Chance was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other two bids. Chance arrived on time to start the job. After he put the new cast iron sink in, he gave it a once over and noticed a crack. Thank goodness his eyes caught that. He then offered to go down the street to Lowe's with my husband to exchange it. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. The installation was completed and the sink and faucet look great. We couldn't be happier. It is so refreshing to find someone who treats their customers with care and not just another job! HIGHLY recommend.

Hired PK based on Yelp reviews.  Tyler did an awesome job replacing three of my toilets flushing mechanisms' and also repaired a leak in my pool pump.  He was super polite, did great work and made sure to clean up area after each repair.  He kept me informed of his progress as well.  I discover one other leak after Tyler left and when I called to try and have additional repair scheduled in a few days ~ they were able to send Tyler back out that afternoon which was terrific customer service/responsiveness.

Would hire Tyler and Plumbing Kings again without a doubt. There prices are very fair and reasonable as well.

Six stars. :) Nick and Kris were my boots on the ground, and I spoke with Michelle at the office. All our communication was clear and prompt. Scheduling was easy. Both Nick and Kris were professional, kind, and respectful. They asked questions when they needed info from me, and answered all of my questions with clarity and patience. I'm really happy with the work they did! I found them through Yelp, so the least I can do is further their reputation by telling you I had high expectations and was not disappointed!!

Worked for Resolution a few times now with Dell as my technician. What I appreciate about these guys are their honesty and communication. Dell was always straight forward and made sure I was comfortable and informed about all my choices. Definitely would do business again!

I had the hot water line break and called many companies for quotes. Yes they responded and one was lower. However, for Franklin Kea what made me go with him was his customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions. It wasn't a call center it was his cell phone. He would answer right away or text me right away and being at work 12-14hours for me was very helpful.
My house was old and needed a pipe reroute and his explanation helped me to see he was being honest.
His guys were awesome and great work ethic. They never stopped on this huge project. In the end it came down to cost and Franklin was amazing and matched it. He did some other repairs he saw. TRULY TRULY BLESSED that I came upon his company on thumbtack and took a chance.

So if your thinking about a plumbing company I strongly recommend KEA plumbing and contractors.
Franklin and his team are the best and a great a bunch of guys. I am extremely happy with their work. A pipe reroute is no joke and no small job. They also did amazing cleaning up after they were done. I will recommend Kea plumbing to whoever needs help. Thank you Franklin and team.

If I could give this merchant a zero I would.  Setting up a home visit with the merchant to fix my bathroom shower between 9am and 12pm three days in advance.  On the day of the home visit, the merchant did not show up for the appointment nor did he call.  

I called the merchant and ask if he was going to show up to fix my bathroom show.  He told me he forgot the appointment and that he could be there in an hour or go on about his day.  Not only did the merchant not apologize for missing the appointment, but his tone over the phone was very disrespectful and condensing.  

Given the merchant's unreliable behavior and unprofessional attitude, I strongly suggest you avoid using his services.

Called them for a toilet repair and they got me an immediate appointment. Bill showed up diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Great work and will call them again if needed

I have had several plumbing system purchases and installations with this company during the last year. Michael is the person I have been dealing with in all aspects from purchase to installations. He installed tankless water heater, water softener, and other plumbing repairs and installations. He is accommodating, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. The home office is nice to do business with as well. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

I had a leaking water manifold which was a special order and a leaking shower valve.  The job was completed at the price and time frame promised.  Also, while the plumber was on site, he was asked to look at a toilet that was leaking internally at the flush valve.  The repair was not completed and the plumber on site charged for his time to inspect.  When the owner found out that the problem was not repaired and we were charged.  He refunded the money.  He was not asked to do that which I thought was very classy.
