I needed some plumbing work done and called a few plumbers in Omaha. Jeff Mumm Plumbing stood out when compared to the others. No games, no up-selling, just great service at a great price. The plumber who came out (Andy) was professional and was a really nice guy. He got the job done fast, and the customer service was fantastic. Tried a DIY plumbing fix that I screwed up that caused a leak from upstairs into garage.  Reached out to Tip Top Plumbing over Thumbtack and he was able to respond the next day.  He identified the problem immediately, got the part and had the problem solved quickly at a fair price.  

I left on business trip so he was so kind in dealing with my wife, keeping her informed on what he was doing, and she was super appreciative of how nice and helpful he was.

They installed a toilet and showerhead in my upstairs bathroom under a year ago. I was having some issues with leaking and they came out within a reasonable time and serviced the items they installed. No further issues after the employee fixed the problem

Was fast and very professional. He was very helpful and pointed out some great tips for maintenance of my pluming. Best of all he did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would recommend this pluming service. Mcr Pluming is the way to go if you need a plumber.

I was first impressed, that they did a great job. they did some work for me. and when he left the first time he said if you had any problems with leaks,etc to give him a call back? so, my kitchen faucet was still leaking so, I did give him a call and they came back to check it. He did what he could and said that I will probally have to call the company and get parts for my faucett. which was not a problem. but, then on his second visit he  charged me again?? I realize it costs them time to come out. but, if you can't fix it the first time then, there should be some kind of warranty. and now I have to order parts because it is still leaking! I have been in retail all my life and that is not just good customere service.

Do not use this company.  I was just charged over $300 for a drain clog that was never cleared.  Apparently the tech found a possible break in the line and didn't tell anyone, i did find out multiple days later when all of the drains in the house started backing up again.  This is the second time i have had issues with this company.  If you call these guys, be prepared to have another company return to actually complete the job.

Not so good.  Jared came soon after we called and cleared out or clogged kitchen sink drain.  About a month later the drain clogged again and not due to anything we had done because I know that nothing went down that drain but water.  I called them back.  It took them two days this time to get out here.  As soon as the plumber arrived he looked at my old receipt and said that they wouldn't be responsible for the new clog and that I'd have to pay again for him to continue.  The reason they gave for not standing behind their work was old pipes.  So I dropped them and went to another company.  I'd rather have paid someone else that will stand behind their work.

Had an appointment between 1pm and 5pm for quote on shower remodel. Took the afternoon off. No show, no phone call, nothing!!
I used Home Advisor to help me find a reputable, reliable contractor. Lesson learned.

Was going to buy a water heater at Home Depot, who uses this place. Come over and say they can't install since the piping was to short for a small water heater, or too long for a tall. Charged 90 bucks. To kick it off, when they send the bill it had a due date of 3 months in the past. How is one to pay a bill 3 months ago when you send it today? Look elsewhere peeps.

Edit: So since they decide they can set due dates in the past, they can send to collections and add fees. What a joke.
