I hired this company to replace the sewer line from my house out to the street. The sewer had broken and had tree roots in it. I was worried about the driveway as the sewer line went under it.They managed to replace the entire line without tearing up my driveway, saved me a lot of money.
I believe they are reasonably priced, and very honest. They are not gonna overcharge you, like some of the other big companies.
They did a wonderful job, very professional. The entire job was done in one day. I think they did a good job trying to minimize damage to the yard, for such a big project.
I highly recommend this company, to anyone that asks about sewer line trouble.

We had Walt and family out to bid our basement repairs. We noticed water coming from the east and west sides of our house. He found two problem areas. Both were necessary to keep water out of our house. One was interior fixing and one required drilling out part of our basement to the bedrock and inserting piers to lift the front of the house. Sounds pretty expensive huh? Well that service and the other service were both priced way under what another very very popular water solutions company bid. In fact he showed us part of this other company's water system he pulled out of a house that continued to have problems. That sold me on the spot.
I would rate this as 3.5 stars bc the price was great, installation went smooth but his team did make the house rather dirty and in the basement they covered NOTHING and all the kids toys and other things are now covered in dust.
1 year later I reviewing because we have had a lot of rain fall but nothing in the basement! Price and quality are definitely there, but I hope they improve their employees service.

We needed a whole new septic system. This company was very courteous in explaining what all was needed. Gave a good time table as to how and when the project will be completed. I would recommend them to friends.

a pipe broke Christmas Eve at 9:30
and it was Saturday, Everything closed plus closed Monday. The water was shut off but.
called 5-6 plumbers left messages.
AX called me first thing Tuesday morning and was here in about an hour. the nicest guy! Fixed perfectly in less than an hour and was charged a very reason able price.

Called at 245 in the afternoon. Was NOT told I was speaking with an ANSWERING SERVICE.... At 245 pm... Was told that someone would be out. Called back at 555 pm. They are closed till Monday... Nope I'll find someone else.

TERRIBLE!!!!!   Had and appointment set up for 0830 which was set 3 days earlier and then when the day arrived was informed he wanted to push the appointment back 1 hour.  I stated no problem and NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN??????  Left me hanging and never bothered to call.   DON'T USE THIS PLUMBER!!!!!!!  Will be forwarding to the BBB as I wasted 3 hours of my time on a Thursday which I could of been working!!!

Very unorganized and expensive! They forgot to call me back because they left their notebook on a site. When they did call me back, they didnt have a concrete time they could come. They have been working across the street from my house all week and called when they were done last minute. I just received the quote from JTM Plumbing to hook up a kitchen sink and dishwasher on a remodeled kitchen. They wanted to charge me $1250.00. I am guessing the parts are less than $100 and about an hour labor. I do not reccommend this company!

What a drag it is to have a blocked kitchen sink. Luckily I knew to call Omaha Drain due to a previous experience with a blocked toilet at my brother's house. I called in the afternoon & they were able to come the next day. Jesse called that morning to tell me he would be there before noon. He showed up about 11.  I took the dogs for a ride in the car so they wouldn't bark the whole time, but Book Guy, my hubby stayed. He reported back to me by phone to describe the black gunk that was coming out of the drain. Apparently there was some problem with the basement floor drain too. Book Guy said it was a big mess. Jesse did a good job cleaning & disinfecting the mess. I could tell something had happened due to a bit of bleach odor but not much mess & the drain works again! I did see that something had sprayed a post, but that was easy to clean up myself. We were offered an additional service at a discount to further clean the pipes by power washing. Update The owner called me back and they will repair the damage done to the area they worked on, once the weather allows

I was very disappointed in the customer service at Roto-Rooter. I set up an appointment for an estimate and had to take work off in order to be home. They provided a timeline for when they would be at my home and they never showed. I had to wait three days to get a call back and explaination as to why no one came (due to errors in a new computer system). I had to initiate the calls and each time I called there were no managers available nor did they return my phone call after I left a message. They finally came out and gave me an estimate for $6500. I had three other companies come to give estimates for the same job and all three estimates were around $600. Roto-Rooter said they would match prices, but it seemed very odd that the prices would be that different. Needless to say I went with another company and will not be using Roto-Rooter for any future services.
