Appears to be a new business as of 2013. Same day service on a backed up basement floor drain leaking sewage into our basement. We called 8 other plumbers and all were booked. The Drain Whisperer himself is the father in the operation. His younger son and assistant came out for our call. Seems to be a small family business--no uniforms, unmarked white truck, etc. The two kids were friendly but not too talkative other than answering our basic questions. They were quick and skilled with the auger. Took maybe 20 minutes and charged us $84 with tax to snake the basement floor drain. Probably the cheapest in Omaha besides getting a handy man to come out.

I did take off one star because when asked about the 30 Day Guarantee advertised on their website, the son said he didn't know how long exactly the guarantee was for and that  if it backed up soon they would come back out. The 30 Day Guarantee was one of the reasons we chose this company.

All in all: Cheap, fast, no frills, got the job done.

Chris with Prestige Plumbing is great! Easy to communicate with and available on somewhat short notice. He went out of his way to help us on a commercial plumbing inspection and was upfront and honest with his feedback. Those traits are not always easy to come by nowadays. He came highly recommended to us and now we can say the same!

Frank did a great job for us.  We needed a septic tank fix in a hurry and he got right out and got us moving again.

I have had BLT do work for me several times and they are very good and reasonably priced.

We had an after hours issue with our water heater.  Not only was he quick to respond, but John was able to ask the right questions to determine if he needed to come out immediately or 1st thing in the morning (saving both of us time & us money).  Gretna Plumbing & Drain Services does honest business with integrity.  Highly recommend Gretna Plumbing!!!

I'd highly recommend J&J Plumbing! Mark just came out to help with a faucet leak and was fast, friendly, and clean. He communicated well throughout (what time he would be there, a heads up when he was on his way, etc) and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. We'll continue to use J&J Plumbing for future needs!!

We've used Harvey's service more than once and they never disappoint. We have had multiple techs out to our new home and Harvey's has been extremely competitive and professional. On the most recent plumbing issue, Ray arrived within 24 hours and repaired 2 spigots. Later in the evening, one of the spigots had a secondary failure and Ray was at our property within an hour to help us out. We're more than happy to refer this business to friends and family. I promise you won't be let down! Harvey's has helped us with a shower cartridge, stubborn tub drain, two spigots, and a busted bib.

Update: turns out they actually hit the neighbor's water line. Repaired it (sort of) and walked off. They never patched the wall where the new water line entered the basement. So next time it rained, guess what happened? Yep, it flooded. Good luck with these clowns!

Monte came out provided a bid, I accepted the bid set a date for work to begin was given a run around ever since! Work never got started, quit answering the phone! Run, not walk away from this company!

This company does not value customer time.

Assigned repair for our home warranty a week in advance. They provided a four hour window. I took off time from work and waited. I finally called 10 minutes from the end of the four hour window. Technician said he would be right over. I waited another hour. Their front office called my wife and I over an hour after that to see if the tech had shown up. Rescheduled through our warranty company, hopefully with a provider that values customers and customer time. I had to take five hours of my vacation time, and finally got a call back from the tech two and a half hours after the service window closed.

They came to my house twice and fixed nothing. Had to use another plumber to get anything done.
