I was first impressed, that they did a great job. they did some work for me. and when he left the first time he said if you had any problems with leaks,etc to give him a call back? so, my kitchen faucet was still leaking so, I did give him a call and they came back to check it. He did what he could and said that I will probally have to call the company and get parts for my faucett. which was not a problem. but, then on his second visit he charged me again?? I realize it costs them time to come out. but, if you can't fix it the first time then, there should be some kind of warranty. and now I have to order parts because it is still leaking! I have been in retail all my life and that is not just good customere service.
