We had Corey come and clean our furnace and air conditioner. He was efficient and honest. He took the time to answer our questions and explain the functionality of our system. I would recommend him highly.

I can not recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that.
Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didn't leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost.
Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else - call Big Birge. They're fantastic.

We have used this company for a number of years including when it was Dundee plumbing. We have been happy with the service. We called them out because we had problems with tub draining. They checked everything out for no charge.

Midland came out in a timely fashion and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

They were fast, honest, and incredibly helpful. They did great work and cost exactly what they said it would, no surprises.

I contacted American Rooter plumbing because we had our shower and bathroom sink faucet would not stop dripping, like non-stop dripping. They came by and did a full evaluation of the home and found we needed:
- A new shower and bathtub (which we planned on eventually doing anyway)
- new sink faucets
- emergency stops for all sinks in the house
- a new main line stop since it was rusted over
- complete repair of our outdoor water line stop
- and a few parts here and there.
We just moved in this house and knew that there would be a lot to fix so, begrudgingly we agreed. It came to a whopping total of almost $14,000 for everything. The first day they have to do stuff it goes fine, water heater is installed, stops put in goes well, then comes the day of the new tub, sink, etc. And I could not be more disappointed. First and most importantly, they just left the wall completely exposed! There are just parts of the drywall missing so the inside of the house is exposed (pictures included) so we can't even use our new shower until that is fixed unless we want to cause serious damage to our house, and when I contacted them they said that their job is done, so they aren't coming back. They never once told me that I would have to hire a drywall person to finish their job for them. They told me that once they were done it would be installed, ready to use and clean, it was anything but and they won't do anything about it except tell me to get an inspector and a dry wall person. Wish they told me that before going through with the project, not after. Speaking of clean, however, it was anything but. The tub was a mess, they left drywall bits all over the floor in the hall and bathroom and put all of our bathroom items in the hall and doorway so there was nowhere to walk and I had to clean up the debris. So it was anything but cleaner than we started. Finally, they just caused more issues for some reason? The new shower starting part is not flush against the wall so water is just going to get inside of it and cause it to rust (picture included), they took our towel rod down for some reason and didn't put it back up, they turned off our water heater and didn't turn it back on, and we didn't notice until the following day, so we didn't have hot water for 1 day and didn't know why, and when we did figure it out, it took over four hours for our hot water to fully come back, and finally, they left almost all the doors open and lights on. This is especially bad because I have 3 cats that do not need to be getting out or in places they aren't supposed to, they could also get sick from eating dry wall. Most importantly, I also have an 18 month old that could be doing the exact same! I am extremely dissatisfied, I have to pay even MORE money on top of the 14,000 and I just don't know what i'm paying for. Don't get American Rooter.

Chad and Tracey are complete con artists. Beware! My bathroom remodel was 8 weeks over schedule. Constantly lied about when people would show up and constantly asked for money. Before they even finished the project, Chad demanded the money if I wanted it finished. I paid him....which I see was my mistake but I had good faith.
Here are the pics of what he left me with and now Chad or Tracey won't respond to any messages.
The paint and grout were messed up with black spots and grout smeared. Got paint on all my new shelves. These are just a few pics from the nightmare I endured with this company.

Submitted a request via their web form and called Acorn Plumbing last week to have our main floor drain snaked as we had used them in the past through our home warranty provider. When I spoke to them we scheduled for them to come out on Saturday between 11-1. I waited on Saturday for their call so that we could get the drain snaked and they never called and never showed. Very unprofessional to not call or show and to waste my time Saturday waiting for them when we had agreed to a time frame for work to be done. Will be contacting someone who will hopefully actually show up when scheduled to complete the work.

As new homeowners our sewer was not draining properly and was backing up. We spent just under $5000 to fix drain plumbing under our house because they said it would fix the problem. Then with our drains still not working properly they said we needed to replace the main sewer line to the street and dig up our front yard to do so, and it would be $15,000-$20,000. After several second opinions the problem was fixed for under $1000 from a different plumbing company. Burton scams you and says you need more done than you actually do so they can make more money.
