Tip Top Plumbing and Drain

Tried a DIY plumbing fix that I screwed up that caused a leak from upstairs into garage.  Reached out to Tip Top Plumbing over Thumbtack and he was able to respond the next day.  He identified the problem immediately, got the part and had the problem solved quickly at a fair price.  

I left on business trip so he was so kind in dealing with my wife, keeping her informed on what he was doing, and she was super appreciative of how nice and helpful he was.

We had Joe Fitzgarrald of Tip Top Plumbing fix the leaking pipe in our basement. We couldn't use the washing machine due to an apparently blocked pipe. We had two other companies come out and both told us we would have to dig up part of the basement to fix it. Expensive! Joe gave us three possible solutions, including breaking up the basement floor as the others suggested. We went with a different method that didn't involve any demolition. He also put in a new toilet, fixtures, and shower head in the upstairs bathroom. Cost was well below the other bids and affordable. He got all that done in one day and removed all the old stuff and debris. Highly recommend!
