Paul has come to our house house three times over the past four years. He installed a water heater, a water softener, and replaced the kitchen drain and supply lines. Every time I have been satisfied with his service and prices. He gives me a timely quote and completes the work on time and within budget. It's nice to have a dependable tradesman in this age of gig economy. As much as I hope I don't need to call a plumber anytime soon, it puts my mind at ease to know that he'll be there. Thanks Paul!

Recently hired them to do some needed structural repair to garage and family room drywall, along with repainting, and also some removal of molded drywall in our sun room, with repainting.

Everything this business does is upfront and first-rate, from the estimate and work with the insurance company, via owner Nick Hoffman and office person Sarah, who handled cooperating with our insurance company.

Chris and Gene came out to do the work, and did everything perfectly, keeping us informed of what they needed to do along the the way, and calling ahead always to let us know when they would arrive.  Two great, hard-working guys!

I have never had a better experience working with a contractor, and we will continue to use Paladin, LLC for any of our home improvement jobs we encounter.

Thorough, efficient, and exhausted all options before they came to a conclusion about what needed to be done to remedy the drain issue I've been having in my upstairs sink. And after all the time they spent over 2 days, didn't charge as much as I thought they would.

(Unlike the previous drain guys who immediately wanted to tear s*** up, and charged me 50.00 for nothing!)

My friend and I needed help hanging something and he went the extra mile and helped us out! Spent a solid extra 20 minutes and refused tip. Professional and kind. If the rest of the business is anything like him, I highly recommend their services.

I just had some repairs done by these guys and they were amazing!  I called and a person actually answered the phone 1st time.  She was very nice, polite, and very helpful in scheduling the service as soon as possible.  The plumber called me in advance to coming over which was great.  He was also very nice and on time and was able  to fix the leak very fast.  The cost was actually less then what I expected which was a pleasant surprise.  I def. give them 5 stars and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Todd put in our tankless hot water heater, helped with our bathroom remodel plumbing work, and other plumbing needs.  He's honest and reliable.

The service crew was on schedule, and the work was completed in short order. In fact, the entire basement work area was completely cleaned after the crew had finished the ir service call.  I have used Viper Drain in the past, and they have the most courteous and respectful service techs of any service related company.

I was introduced to Rybin Plumbing & Heating through my girlfriend. She has used them for all of her plumbing and HVAC needs since buying her house in 2008. I have met the plumbers and heating techs for various service calls to her house - new toilet, drain clearing, and HVAC checkups. Based on my experience with the work done at my girlfriend's house, I had them install a new water heater and remove the last of the old galvanized pipe in my house (1925 construction) and replace with copper. They even improved the condensation drain pipe on my furnace (that they did not install) at no extra charge.  Their technicians have been prompt, courteous, and thorough. Are they overly expensive? No, they are not. Their rates are competitive and they do not try to add on anything that doesn't need to be done.

Had a main sewer line clogged. Could go in my crawl space so they had to go from the roof vent. Charged me $1300 for 45m worth of work. Then made me wait for the main line to be inspected with a camera afterwards. Tried to convince me to spend 6-15k on a main line repair. Gave me my options. I said I'd have to let them know if I was going to do anything further. To my surprise they opened 2 bank accounts in my name. One I agreed to. The second one for over $10000 credit was opened without my approval. The inspector as he left said if he didn't hear from me, then they would just go ahead and start the work. THATS A BIG RED FLAG.  So now here I have 2 bank accounts opened, hurt my credit and now have to deal with having to cancel accounts and call and make sure they weren't going to randomly show up and start digging up my front yard. They eve went as far as having my yard sprayed for lines. I never once said I'd do any further work. I was a asked if I was going to do work what plan would I chose. I said if I were to do anything it would be probably the cheapest and apparently they took a hypothetical question and assumed it was a real answer. Would not recommend after this experience. I might add this was my second time using them. Because my first experience wasn't bad.

My water heater wasn't working so I was assigned this company by American Home Shield.  This company is owned my a father and his two sons.  They are rude, dirty, no covid restrictions at all. No masks. They didn't even look at the water heater and diagnosed it as needing a new one. Took 3 days to order it, kept asking for upfront money. When I told them no, they canceled the order totally. The most disrespectful people I have ever met. I hired another plumber and it was just a fuze that needed to be replaced.  This is just an AWFUL company to deal with.

They came out for a home warranty service call and wouldn't take the check I had already made out for them at the time of the visit... then sent me a bill a month and a half later (this is the first time I had revived one from them) that said Past Due! in red ink across the middle. I was happy to pay for the service call but was not happy with their way of billing for it.
