Great family owned company - not a franchise. Had a clogged kitchen drain and my old go to plumber had retired so researched this company and they were able to come out that day. I liked the way Shaun took the time to analyze the plumbing system in my house before just jumping in and clearing the clog. He was very courteous, explained everything before doing it, and cleaned up after himself. The cost was as estimated. I will definitely use them again.

We have a patch of our driveway tore out due to the neighbors water leak that is in our driveway- His insurance company hired Raymond to come fix it- ( mind you after trying to contact the city , MUD, to Find out what the next step is and I don't know for sure if the problem is resolved anyways - so I had called around lunch time and left message - they Immediately called me back - and Explained what the situation was currently - and Us being frustrated because this has been going on for some time - she offered to reach out to the insurance company - to get in touch w home owner to get status of If ITS COMPLETELY resolved or not- FINALLY HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON AND BEING SO CONCERNED, KIND , AND PRO ACTIVE TO EASE MY MIND ABOUT THIS SECTION OF DRIVEWAY THAT NEEDS TO BE POURED BACK?? We've had a service plan for about four years or maybe more now. Every single technician that has come out has been not only knowledgeable, but super nice. They do all the small things that make for a good experience like wearing booties when necessary and being kind, personable, and explaining anything they need to explain in a way that is understandable to the lay person. I've only experienced above and beyond work from this company. The technicians are great. If they are slightly higher than others in town, then they are worth It. Plus, they seem to treat their employees right and that is also important to me. I'd rather see a company send two people for a one person job when things are slow and keep their employees on the payroll than giving me a slightly cheaper price. It means they have enough employees that are well trained during busy times. It's a win-win-win. Good for the company, good for the customer, and good for employees. Thermal Services has it right. Once we did experience a situation where, because our AC unit is so unusual and old, it stopped working after being serviced. Thermal services had a senior tech out to us immediately and fixed the problem at no charge. Nothing is ever perfect, so it is all about how you respond to situations that aren't ideal and Thermal does it right. We just switched addresses and had our new unit serviced and again they went above and beyond. I was so impressed. I wanted to move a vent and they did it at no charge since it took 5 minutes in this particular situation. Awesome work! LOVE this company!

Called their office 5 times in four weeks, talked to office staff who told me the technician's make their own schedules. Never could get so much as a call back to tell me they're busy, let alone schedule an appointment. Worst way to run a business ever. Would not recommend to anyone.
