In the past month (due to an assortment of plumbing and heating problems) I have called Frank J Klein. Each time I have been exceedingly impressed by their professionalism and expertise! This past Monday I had no heat.
Today (Thursday) I have a new boiler and Hot water heater! The boiler was the original when my house was built 60-65 years ago! When it was removed I got to see all the damage that over the years had done! My water heater was rusted top to bottom with massive damage at the base (purchased in 2008), no doubt it needed replacement.
On Tuesday much of the boiler was broken down, and removed from my house. Making the installation for the new boiler and hot water heater on Wednesday, uninterrupted and seamlessly installed! Drop clothes and a systematic  procedure went quickly and extremely efficient and skillfully done.
I will continue to use FRANK J. KLEIN, and hope you do as well!

I had a clogged sink and E&S Contracting came out right away to fix it. They were very responsive and fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again when I have any plumbing issue!

Van is fantastic. Late night on a weekend (of course) main sewer line blockage in our house. He arrived within 15 minutes of speaking with him. He was polite, professional, clean, and got the job done in very short order. Will definitely recommend Van to others, and hope to use his services again in the future (but for something that isn't an emergency).

They were really easy to schedule with they came in did a great job it was quick and hassle free... duct cleaning seems like one of those things you dont think about but it is so essential to get done

During a recent furnace inspection we were told that our hot water heater needed replacing. Their quote was $3,200 which seemed high to me. Got a second quote from Honest Abe and they were in the same ball park. Got a recommendation to get one more estimate from Danny at Ably Plumbing. He did the job for about half of what the others were quoting. On top of that he was very responsive, arriving when he said he would and following through on everything. He will be our plumber going forward!

I certainly wasn't happy to find out that my water line broke. And when I found out that my plumbing issue (polybutylene line) was not covered by my home warranty , I was even less happy. The company who came out to check out my issue initially quoted me a price that made me cringe. They gave me a price range which included a lower estimate for the less invasive and a 2000 higher quote if they were not able to pull my line. He told me that the concrete repair was not included and they could provide me with a quote to another company who would be able to do that work. No bueno :-( I decided to call around for other estimates and saw 5 star plumbing on Here. The reviews were great and when I called (after hours), the receptionist was able to make me an appt for the next day. A few others companies that I called either were trying to sell me things (without even coming out) or didn't call right away.

When Chris came out, he quoted a price that was 2 thousand less than the original company and included more. He reassured me that they do thousands of the repairs yearly and he was certain they could fix my waterline without ripping up my driveway. And it included a concrete patch repair .  I booked him right away.

The crew came out 2 days later and spent much of he day fixing my line. They did a great job! I will definetly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work (hopefully I never need it again though!)

Allen was amazing today and helped my elderly mother more than he'll ever know.  He began with fixing a toilet that would not flush and the tank wouldn't fill up in a reasonable time. He knew right away what was the problem was and fixed it quickly.  While not part of the reason for his visit, I ask him to check out a sink that was clogged. Without hesitation, he was willing to take care of the matter that turned out to be a larger job then expected.  He eventually fixed the clogged sink of many years and my mother was so  pleased to be able to use the sink like normal. We appreciate Allen's promptness, sane day service, caring nature and politeness to please the customer. Definitely will hire Allen again and refer him to anyone who ever ask us for a plumber.

My plumber had retired after 30 years of taking care of our needs.
Searched Yelp and found  Hamilton plumbing. Local business with good reviews. I called and was told the plumber would call me back. Vernon called me back within 2 hours we set up for him to come the next day. He showed up as promised and replaced a kitchen faucet and reset a toilet that the flange had rusted out. Very reasonably priced.  I had a water heater that was beyond it's expiration date.
Set up a date for the following week. Vernon called me on Tuesday morning as promised. He was at my house on time. Had everything he needed for the job and did a great job. In my younger day I would have done this work myself.  Nice to see a professional show up on time. Do quality work at a reasonable price. I now have a a new plumber for the next 30 years. Thanks Vernon.

I would be a fan if they had arrived on time. Evidently an emergency had come up. But they were due at 0800 and got here at 1030 and I had to call them at 930 to see what was up. Not a good start. But the two guys that arrived went straight to work for an hour (then took a 30 minute lunch break which I thought was odd, but people gotta eat I guess). On their return they finished and cleaned up after themselves (although come on put the toilet seat down:)
New Payne Heating and AC system in place. Also, they had the best price in town for what I bought and I had at least 5 quotes. Would have been a fan (4 stars) if they had arrived on time. Will update in 6-12 months on the product.

Paul just came by because I called AJ Michaels morning because upstairs unit was not working. He figured it out within minutes. It could have Ben a very costly job but it was simply a 3 amp fuse that had blown ! He also replaced a dirty air filter that my hubby ignored and requires a step ladder and I was a little lazy to replace I must admit.
He was professional and honest and efficient !  Would highly recommend AJ Michaels. Have had them do annual service and service person was always very professional and helpful with advice !  Service trip cost $99 trip charge plus $5 part plus $85 labor!  I'm a happy customer !!!

Had an emergency sewer backup in my shower. Called them, they told me it's $199 for the late night call for them to come, then however much the actual service charge is. THEY TRIED CHARGING ME $535 TO SNAKE A 3 LINE AND $341 TO REMOVE AND RESET THE TOILET. That was on top of the $199 fee, so over a thousand dollars to snake a line.

I removed the toilet myself in 10 minutes, managed to push the clog with my 3/8 snake, and reset the toilet in another 10 minutes. Biggest waste of $199 I've ever spent. Stay far away, they think they can milk you if they feel you're desperate.

If I could give zero stars, I would.  This company, I believe, ripped off my elderly father.  My father was charged almost $650 for a simple kitchen faucet replacement.  He was charged for 2 hours of labor at $137 per hour.  The job, according to the tech (Shaun), took 1.5 hours.  My father was charged for 2 full hours.  
Additionally, my father was charged $372 for a Moen faucet, which costs $189 at Home Depot.  When I called to find out why he was overcharged for the faucet, I was told that the faucet was bought from a plumbing distributor (I got the name and number of the distributor).  I called the distributor to find out how much they sell the faucet for...$235.  So, basically the faucet was marked up $137.  Outrageous!
My father was not given any options regarding faucet models or pricing.  He was simply charged after the work was completed.  
When I called to complain, Angelo was not helpful.  We need to make money.

Avoid working with this company.  I really feel like they've ripped off and taken advantage of my elderly father.

This review isn't for Abbott Brothers' plumbing services, because I wasn't able to actually get a plumber to my house. I made an online appointment for Friday and immediately got a confirmation that someone would come look at a possible sewer gas leak from 12-2 PM. I waited until 3 PM before calling the company because no one arrived or contacted me. The office didn't provide me with a reason as to why no one showed up or why I wasn't contacted. Instead, they said someone would be in contact with me shortly. I received a text a few hours later asking if Sunday between 9-11 AM worked. I agreed. Unfortunately, 11 AM passed and the same thing happened -- no one showed up or called. Not sure what happened, but 2 no show/no calls is highly unprofessional. If you know you're not coming, have the decency to call so people can make other plans or use another business. Obviously, after two chances, I won't be using Abbott Brothers again.
