D & D Maintenance Services

Needed an inspection for electric service on my old house (in NOLA).  D&D pulled permits, did the inspection on time, no nonsense, and professional. Competitively priced.

I've been working with D&D Maintenance since I bought my house in New Orleans four years ago.  They've helped me with routine maintenance, emergency work, repairs, etc.  I've been pleased with their timeliness, attention to detail, friendly and trustworthy staff.   I will continue to use them for future jobs.

D&D did an electrical inspection on our new house, and I have no complaints. The price was fair, they came on time, and were very pleasant. We will be using them again next time we need any work done.

Had a stopped up toilet, D&D came out same day on very short notice, took care of it in no time. Highly professional and precise. A+

Their workers are unprofessional and I would not trust them in my home or business. I passed them in the street as they were leaving their work vehicle and greeted them as I passed. There were two guys, one of whom said hello, and the other who immediately began loudly barking at my small dog the second he saw us. She ran away scared, and he laughed as if it was the most hysterical thing he'd ever seen. Who does that, other than a crazy person? When I was upset he made no effort to apologize and was callous and rude. This may seem like a small thing but employees' behavior on the job reflects on their company. Hire anyone but this one.

D & D did me a solid by coming over on short notice on a holiday to fix a blown breaker. Very knowledgeable and nice guys to work with. Will definitely use again.

The best, knowledgeable, better than a handy husband, I can send him away!  LOL Seriously, really great at all kinds of things I need done.

I really wanted everything to work out with this company, but ....Two times I scheduled an appointment with D and D and both times, no one called or showed up. I heard from someone yesterday an hour or more after the scheduled time slot with what sounded like a valid excuse, so rescheduled for a 11-1 window today. No one showed up or contacted me. I had to stay home from work. It's now 1:40 pm. I'm going to find a different company, one that deals with customers in a more professional and respectful manner.
